Avalon Beach Break is a Romantic airconditioned getaway100 meters to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay and have nothing but good things to say. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and had everything we needed. David and Helen were consummate hosts, very friendly, accommodating and helpful….and as for location, WOW, it couldn’t be better! It was so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants as well as transportation. We loved that we could walk to everything within a few minutes. We had planned on renting a car but found we had no need for one because the public transit was excellent.We do wish it was closer to our home in Toronto though, as the 23 hour flight to get here is a killer, but we would certainly stay here again if we are back in Avalon Beach. We will also recommend David and Helen’s place to all our family and friends.

I loved the place. Has a great beachy feel. Very comfortable and quiet. Felt very at home. David and Helen were excellent hosts. Very friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated how eco friendly they are. It was very clean and contained everything I needed. Even had a power cord adapter for my foreign appliances. I liked the outdoor shower too so you don't have to trek sand into the dwelling. Nice little patio area with tranquil views of the surrounding hills. Quiet neighborhood. The location is fantastic. A few minutes walk to beautiful Avalon beach and easy walking to Avalon village. The vibe of the area is great. Locals were friendly and willing to help out. I'm pretty picky but I'm truly hard pressed to find faults. Thanks again guys!

Had everything we needed, lovely finishing touches such as fresh flowers, chocolate and milk! Loved every minute of our stay! Got to watch Home & Away being filmed in the next street!! Thank you :)

We needed somewhere to stay during a bathroom renovation and Avalon Beach Break was perfect. The location is amazing, the facilities are all you could need and the hosts are helpful and kind. Thank you David and Helen.

David is a wonderful host, is so helpful, above and beyond anyone I have rented from. He is a man with integrity. The unit was spotless and so useful to have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Comfortable sitting room and lovely dining table. The Airconditioning in the living area was wonderful as we had some very cold weather. It is attractively furnished.

Great place to stay within walking distance of the beach as well as Avalon village. David was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having Netflix would have been a bonus but we managed to live without it!!
