Superb Location! Heart of Old Port-Spacious Apartment

The location is the best! It is right in the middle of what Portland has to offer.

Great location for everything in Portland. Parking is a pain in the….! It’s a great place for two or three couples we enjoyed it immensely.

Location of property was amazing for the group of friends. We were worried about the steps we needed to take to get to the Loft when arrived but was nice to get the exercise! We had 8 ladies & having 3 bathrooms was amazing!!! It was easy to get Whole Foods to deliver some snacks. And we were able to walk everywhere! I highly recommend this property!

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and everything was wonderful. The host was very communicative and was able to answer questions. The space is big and comfortable. The locations is perfect so close to everything! Parking across the street in the garage was super easy.

This condo was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend in Portland! My friends and I had a blast and the condo is walkable from just about everything Portland has to offer. It gets a bit loud at night because of the nearby bars but the host provided plenty of earplugs which help tremendously! The photos also don't do it justice... the condo is even cuter and cozier in person!

This was our second stay at Dena’s property. Perfect size, 3bedrooms and 3 baths. This unit is impeccable, very clean, spacious, and well stocked. Dena checked in with us to be sure we were able to check in easily and was very responsive to anything we needed. We were located in the center of everything. Easily walkable area. We loved our stay and would love to return!

ZERO COMPLAINTS! This property is awesome. Don’t hesitate or search any further- just book it! From the ease of check in to the cleanliness to the ample amenities to the superb location, this apartment has it all. The friendly owner/manager was always available for communication. The beds were comfy and plush. There were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. This apartment boasts a very well stocked kitchen. Even numerous books and games are provided. I’d stay here again and again.

More than anything we loved the location. Also, the ACs crank so you won't be hot after walking up two big flights of stairs. The internet is good, the place is very clean and really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Some cons: - Hot water ran out when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time. - The washer and dryer are shared with another unit. It wasn't a problem for us but FYI incase you need to do a lot of laundry. - The kitchen was small and it wasn't very well equipped. e.g. no cookie sheets, cheese grater, etc. It has the basics. - There are two flights of stairs so pack light. Also, the street is very busy with no dedicated parking. We had to wait for town to die down before being able to park near the unit and unload our van. - The master bedroom has light shades that don't block the light. At 3 AM the city lights make it seem like day time. Bring a night mask. - Noise: We stayed Sunday - Thursday and didn't have any problem with noise.

This was a perfect fit for our group. Clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Location was ideal. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping and gelato. What more could we ask for. Hope to come back again.
