Studio apt in 4 units resort. it has 2 twin size beds that can be put together upon request. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc). TV and a wireless internet connection everywhere in the unit.
Big screened porch is shared by all units. Plenty of parking space.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our first time using vrbo. The reservation process and communication was very good and the location was convenient for us while in the area.

Stayed Nov 12, 2022It was quiet which I needed. Really my only complaints Are that there was no way to take a hot bath, because there was no way to plug the tub and the showerhead only shot from the corner from a bracket which is not helpful. Roku had nothing so I used my tablet. Every channel said needs subscription.

Stayed Jan 5, 2024A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. However, for me the main draw was just the area which offers many city amenities such as a variety of restaurants with seating outside, as well as lots of walking paths (try Wellen park) and places to sit outside ( try garden of the 5 senses ).
