Suite B - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach -1 Room

Very nice and clean unit with an easy walk to the beach. Slow response time in communication when a problem arose. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Everything about our stay stood out! Our hosts were lovely, friendly, and so accommodating. The room and bathroom were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We arrived a few days before New Year’s, and after dropping off my sister and her husband at their (cold) room elsewhere on the island, it was a treat to arrive at our warm and cozy room to find snacks, a coffee maker, and everything else we could want or need. The location was also perfect with a short walk to the beach, Bert’s Market, and downtown. We also had use of a beautifully decorated outdoor deck upstairs as well as the backyard. When Fiorella learned that the heat in my sister’s room on the other side of the island wasn’t working, she bought a small space heater and dropped it off for us to take to her! My sister was renting from someone else who didn’t even offer her a heater!!We will stay here whenever we’re in Folly Beach!

Location, location, location. We parked at check in and did not move our car until check out. Short walking distance to downtown the beach and the world famous Bert's. The property was very nice. Would stay again any time we are visiting Folly.

This place has an amazing location. The host was extremely helpful and the place is extremely clean. We had an excellent time we would definitely do it again.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here - property is beautiful, convenient to the beach & bars, and is stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks & beach towels. We will return again.

We had everything we could possibly want. The accommodations were lovely. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great. Easy walk to the beach. Great beach chairs and towels. The outdoor shower had warm water for easy comfortable clean up. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was like a high end hotel room where we were able ro relax and get great sleep in the comfortable bed. The owner helped with check in and seems genuinely interested that we have a great time. We have already discussed a return trip and would stay here again!

The property was stunning and the location was fantastic. The room itself was if we were in a Private Luxury Hotel Room. This studio was immaculately clean! The chairs were brand new. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was! Easy to beach and easy to town! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Arrived and was assisted by the owners with checkin process. Very polite and helpful. The room was very well decorated and comfortable, providing all the little extras you can think of. Large walk in shower with modern rainfall showerhead and gorgeous tile. The outside was immaculate and inviting.

Third stay here, would return

This is a room with a king-size bed, two chairs and small table, a kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave and some glasses and plates. And flat screen TV. There is a separate bathroom with a beautiful, large shower, toilet and sink. If all you need is a place to crash at night, or briefly during the day, this place is wonderful. It's in the back of the main house, with it's own separate entrance and parking space (you will appreciate that when it's beach season and all the street parking is taken). Easy walk to Bert's (groceries/wine/sandwiches and burgers), and the main street (Center?) with all the restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, and close to the boardwalk (more restaurants/bar). For a weekend trip for two, this is a great choice.

Even though it was a rainy weekend we could still walk everywhere, uber out of folly easily and spent time just relaxing on the porch listening to the rain.

This property is fantastic. It is literally across the street from the beach. The room is modern and very clean. Check-in is super convenient and you have your own off-street parking spot. The location is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants as well. This property is well worth the stay!

The property was perfect in every way. Great location, outstanding outdoor areas, well appointed room, very comfortable bed. The kitchenette had everything, including complimentary coffee pods and treats!

The room is beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. It's just a short walk to the beach and Bert's. We loved the outdoor areas as well and the parking is an added plus. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect! A gem!

My daughter & I were here for a little getaway! The accomodations were perfect! Quick walk to beach access. We didnt have a car on the island and everything was within easy walking distance. Loved Bert’s for grabbing some quick eats and ice cream. The upper patio was a great way to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at night. Highly recommend and would definitely book this gem again next time!!

This listing with perfect for a long weekend getaway at Folly Beach! It was exactly as listed, super clean, and the room was extremely nice with a king size bed and luxurious bathroom. There was ample beach towels and extra bathroom towels. They even supplied beach chairs and umbrellas which was much appreciated. The common areas (shared with one other unit) were very welcoming, clean, and comfortable! The best part was that it was literally a 2 minute walk from the unit to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to downtown where all the restaurants/shops are!
