We loved the neighborhood. The park nearby was pretty and there were a few cute pubs around the corner. The apartment had the loveliest artwork and was extremely comfortable. We were even able to get in early which was wonderful.

Stay here and nowhere else! This gorgeous flat has everything you need! It has original charm with modern updates and amenities. It is walking distance to almost all major attractions and was easy to access. The neighborhood was safe and quaint. Honestly, the coziness and decor of the flat was the best part. It even has a beautiful outside space for sitting. I would absolutely recommend this flat. The host Jane was also very helpful. Book this now!

Great flat with lots of needed items in kitchen. Perfect location. Nice neighborhood with groceries and restaurants, just 10 minute walk across The Meadowsto the Royal Mile.

My husband and two young adult sons spent xmas in London and then a three day stay in Edinghburgh. This flat was perfect! It was exactly as pictured - lovely and well appointed. Spacious rooms. Wonderful kitchen and outdoor area (which would be nice in the warm months!) Great location - everything is in walking distance. Communicatons where clear and easy. Highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed home in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. Everything we could have needed was here for us. Check in was smooth and the owner responded quickly to answer our question. Plenty of room for my husband and me, along with my 2 brothers. It was really a treat to stay here!

Lovely, comfortable rental that suited our family (My wife, myself and our three children ages 6, 10 and 11) very well. Took us sometime in the rain trying to figure out the combination lock on the front door, but after we figured that out, it was a nice experience for 3 days.

Our family quite enjoyed our stay! It is important to know walk around the neighbourhood to get an understanding of the nearby restaurant and services available. Owner was very quick to respond to questions we had! Would definitely. come back!

Location was great for us, as it was near to friends. It’s possible to walk to the main attractions, but it’s also easy to take the bus. We did both. There’s a convenience store around the corner. Very clean. Comfortable beds and lounging area. Thank you!

Loved this property! It was in a perfect location! Big enough for my family of 6!

The size and features of this home were perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, spacious baths and kitchen. Several local bus stops are closed indefinitely which was frustrating, It would have been nice to be given a heads up on that. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Traveling from the US for the first time was a bit overwhelming for our family of five. Laundry was my biggest challenge but this home made it so much easier since it had a separate dryer and washer. Other place we stayed in had a combo unit and it doesn’t dry and I couldn’t get our laundry cleaned fast enough. This home was perfect with its dryer! Another outstanding detail that other places overlook- blackout shutters. With the sun setting at 10pm and rising before 5am, sleep was hard to come by when the room is bright. Not this home… the wood shutters were the perfect solution and a detail other VRBO locations overlook. It’s for these small details that I give this property an excellent rating! The only negative is it’s pretty far from the touristy attractions and the walk is pretty significant uphill trek. The bus system can help with this though and the Meadows park is a perk for that location

The lodging was clean, well appointed and the perfect place for me, my wife and our two teenagers to stay for an Edinburgh visit.

The property was really lovely, clean and with all the amenities , close to the city center and the lovely meadow. We had a wonderful stay over the week end
