Merthyr (where the apartment is) was a neighbourhood within New Farm & until 1975 it was a separate suburb.

    This is a long building with six apartments. When you arrive, you go to the second story past the parking area and up the stairs past the utility room. The place was cleanish but a little rough and dated. Someone may have painted, but renovated is a strong word. I had a lot of issues with the hot water. If you don't turn the water on in the bath in the right order and for 5 to 10 minutes, you will not get hot water. For the price we paid, I would not stay here again.

    Craig's service and his property are both spot on! A charming, roomy flat with leafy views in a quiet neighbourhood right near the main strip of New Farm. It has everything needed for a short or longer stay. Highly recommended!

    A wonderful experience all round! The apartment was fantastic and Craig goes to a lot of effort to look after his guests (thanks Craig!). We found the double bed a little hard but otherwise the room was very well appointed and the location is brilliant, being close to transport and some great eating establishments. Would definitely stay again.
