LUXE on Brunswick is centrally located and an easy walk to four of Brisbane's favorite hotspots, CBD, Fortitude Valley, James Street and New Farm. This private apartment is one of two boutique apartments, located on the top floor of The Tsiknaris Building. The space has been freshly refurbished, boasts an outdoor terrace for entertaining and lovely suburban views. A perfect executive residence for a business trip or an ideal location for a small active family, wanting to discover Brisbane at its absolute best!

The Space:

This 2 bedroom apartment is freshly refurbished, has extra high ceilings, ducted air conditioning, 2 en-suited bedrooms, both with huge built in closets and queensize beds (one room opens onto a Juliette style balcony). A well equipped open plan kitchen and lounge area extends out onto the gorgeous outdoor terrace for you to enjoy the balmy Brisbane nights and stunning sunsets. The apartment has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer (along with an outdoor line on the rear terrace). A large smart TV with sound bar, Nespresso coffee machine and Free fast Wifi complete this property and no doubt, will have it stand out above the rest.

Guest Access:

Private and secure parking for 1 vehicle, with access via stairs to the apartment.
Note: If you plan on having 2 vehicles, the second can be parked nearby on the street. You will have to be wary as some of the surrounding streets do have parking restrictions.

Interaction with Guests:

Although we encourage our guests to be independent and the property is set up for self check-in we are only ever a phone call away. We are very hands on and efficient guest service manager's and we hope that you will have the very best experience whilst staying in one of our properties. The Neighborhood:

New Farm has cafes/restaurants on just about every corner. It's home to a world-renowned performance and function centre (The Powerhouse). Leafy streets lined with charmingly renovated workers’ cottages. A single bend of the Brisbane River away from the CBD. Plus a picturesque 37-hectare park to boot.

At a walking distance of two kilometres from the CBD, New Farm was surprisingly named for its beginnings as a farming settlement. It is one of Brisbane’s oldest and most iconic areas, and consequently one of the city’s most desirable postcodes. One of those rare spots that somehow manages to exude an inner-city hipster vibe while simultaneously maintaining its feel as a tight-knit community.

    We have had a great month's stay at the property. We have moved to Brisbane and needed a furnished base for real estate searches. The New Farm area is tops.     Overall had a great experience staying in Bill’s property. The apartment is very spacious and provides easy access to the Valley, the City and New Farm park. The property is well-stocked for a long term stay (we were there for 2 months). Bill is very responsive to any queries or issues. Only niggly things are that the balcony can be quite loud due to the traffic on Brunswick Street, and that there’s no street-level access to the unit - you have to go through the back gate on Oxley street every time that you want to go out. All in all, I can highly recommend this unit.

    Good location and with all the facilities required for a week long return to Brisbane. Easy transport links to anywhere in the city and easy walking distance to everything we needed to facilitate an enjoyable stay

    Excellent location for walks along the river. Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy access to the CBD. The apartment has everything we needed including a coffee machine. No hairdryer, but I had my own and we used our own coffee machine. Street noise was a bit more than we expected when out on the balcony to Brunswick Street , but they were working on the road. Our little furbaby enjoyed meeting all the other dogs and people on our walks. Overall a great place to stay.

    We had the most comfortable and relaxing stay at Luxe. The location was excellent. You are close to everything and yet have a comfortable, quiet, safe and secure place to come home to. Being one of two residential apartments in this building, this place is perfect for privacy. The owner has thought of absolutely everything. The wifi is free and unlimited, the ducted aircon in every room was fantastic and two bathrooms made all the difference. We stayed here with our friends from the Gold Coast, and being two couples, we all felt we had plenty of privacy and room to move. The outside terrace was perfect for meals and enjoying the warm evenings.
