Stayed Sep 16, 2022Overall the location was good to be able to walk to campus. Although we didnt use the amenities, they would be enough if you needed them. We spent minimal time in the apartment. If we had to stay there more, it would not be desirable. It was a little grungy and there was a funky odor coming from the bathroom. We brought our own towels which was good because the ones provided smelled musty. Overall, this apartment suited our needs for the weekend.

Stayed Sep 9, 2022Location was ideal for going to downtown south bend bars and campus for gameday! Check in and out was smooth. Big enough for us to also bring an air mattress.

Stayed Oct 10, 2019We were given the code to the wrong room. Had to call the owner to let us in the right room. We walked into an unclean room. The rugs on the floor were dirty. The bathroom was not very clean. We were going to use the dishes in the kitchen but they were dirty. The coffee maker when we poured the water and had a bunch of dirt in the section that the water gets dumped into. The kitchen sink the water is marked backwards hot is cold and cold is hot. The bathroom the shower drain was very slow to drain. We were standing in water by the time we shut the water to get out. The bed the linens to not look very clean. The bed lean to one side. We had one good pillow out of two. The TV did not work like it said on the paperwork. Had to call the owner again. Don’t want to be so negative but we were very disappointed in the room. The good point was that it was a place to sleep and a place to put our belongings.
