Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

    The house is lovely and hosts communicated well. The downstairs HVAC did not consistently provide enough on a very cold day.Otherwise a very nice experience.

    This place is awesome. A full 3/3 with all en-suite bathrooms. Perfect location for nightlife. Most of everything is walkable. Parking was tight but we were warned of that by the property manager. Would 100% stay here again!

    Perfect setup for a girls weekend or couples. Parking was tight but nice to have two spaces; it helped the home behind us didn’t have vehicles for turning around. Walk to King St wasn’t bad. The Co-op up the straight was a fun place to walk too!

    The place was very nice. However the parking is a nightmare. Spaces are way too small to navigate. I would recommend more toilet paper in the bathrooms and the lighting in the bedrooms could be better. We found everything to be clean and comfortable.

    This property was perfect for couples looking to enjoy the perks of being in the heart of historic Charleston. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom and a King-sized bed. The place was very clean and had charming decor that made us feel very welcomed. It had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We would definitely book again. Thanks Stay Duvet and property owner.

    I can with two of my daughters to visit another one who lives in the area, and we all stayed there together. Very cute spot! Comfortable and charming, had everything we needed, even dishes to entertain. Everything was within walking distance, and it was safe and fairly quiet.

    Vey clean. Stay Duvet property managers were easy to work with. No amenities like facial tissues, dish soap, cleaning supplies. TV remote needed new batteries, ROKU remote was nowhere to be found…finally found in sleeper sofa. Upon arrival, toilet on first floor was obviously clogged. Cleaning staff left it that way. We did call the number given to us and the staff unclogged it and cleaned up the mess. It could use more than one bathroom hand towel for the week Location was excellent. Not sure I’d stay again.
