Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

    A very comfortable and well maintained place to settle in when visiting CHS. Close enough by short walk to King Street and all that it has offer. The porch was a delight to sit and enjoy and the amenities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owner very responsive to questions and offering solutions. Thanks for a great stay!

    We stayed at The Sutton-B for my sister-in-law’s birthday. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The added advantage was the reserved parking space. The surrounding area included many wonderful restaurants . We were conveniently located near everything we could possibly want. I would definitely stay here again.

    First off let me say this place is adorable. It’s an older house so you’ll notice the windows and frames need work. But it’s part of the charm. If you like to walk, it’s very close to many things. We had a great stay here and would recommend. There were a couple of things I want to address though. Since this unit is on the ground floor, you have no privacy. The sidewalk runs along the side of the house. We had to keep the blinds down to prevent people from looking in. The people who rent the upper unit walk directly by the living room and kitchen windows to get to the stairs leading up. Again, we had to keep the blinds drawn. This makes the unit very dark. Unlike the pictures on the website. Be aware of that. We brought our dog and it cost an extra 200. I feel this fee is outrageous. Lastly, when I’m vacation I don’t expect to launder the bedding and towels. Stay Duvet asks that you start the bedding before you leave. I’ve never been expected to do that before. Overall, I loved the area and the cuteness of the unit. It was very clean and stylish. Just be aware of the downsides.

    We came to Charleston for a few days to attend a show. This rental was in a great location near things to do, many in walking distance or a short drive. The house was comfortable and exactly as described. The communication with Stay Duvet was excellent, if we had questions they had answers and were quick to respond. Wish we could have stayed longer.

    Wonderful weather and excellent location. Great for the two of us and our dog. Walkable to King Street, while also having enough restaurants in the neighborhood where you don't need to go to King.
