This place is truly adorable. I had a minor issue with checking in (not the fault of the property manager) that was quickly resolved with the assistance of Melinda (she was wonderful and very helpful). I stayed at the same location in January with friends and quickly booked it for this trip, as it’s a great location. However, this time there was an issue with a spider infestation. They were in every room, on one of the beds, multiple in one of the guest rooms. 5 were directly over the bed in the double room, so I slept on the couch (terrible fear of spiders). I even stepped on one with my bare foot when I got up in the morning. I would give the place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the spiders. There were no hotels available in the area, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed.

There are a number of stairs which were difficult for my aging mother, but compared to the quality of the hotels we've been staying in during the trip; this was a perfect upgrade. A place to wind down and feel at home between excursions.

We had one mishap tripping a breaker but after contacting the property manager it was resolved in minutes. Only a couple of minor complaints. The master bedroom was very bright. I can't remember now if there were no curtains or just not room darkening but compared to the other bedroom it was very bright in the mornings. Collectively we all wished the beds were of better quality and there were more pillows and blankets available. I did not bother property management with this thought so it's quite possible there could have been more provided. We made due and overall I would recommend staying here! Beautiful little city!

We made this VRBO our central location to explore the Munising and Marquette area. The unit was perfect for our needs. We slept 3 kids in one bedroom and my wife and I took the other bed. Beds were comfy. Location was perfect and central for all our needs. We appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants as well. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the show not draining and was fixed right away. Great host!

The location is perfect for a short vacation. If you want the BEST breakfast and kind service, visit Earl E Byrds across the street (7am - 2pm). Best pancakes we've ever had!!! The apartment was clean and quiet. Our only complaint would be the bedrooms. All 3 beds are super uncomfortable, squeaky loud, and neither room has a place to put your stuff ... no dressers, no closets. The AC units worked well. It's a good value, would recommend for a convenient, quick stay.

Cute apartment that is centrally located in downtown Munising, you cab walk almost anywhere in town. The apartment has an old world charm and the was very clean, def recommend to others.

Everything was AWESOME. Great place to stay. We enjoyed everything. Unfortunately, the microwave did not work for us to warm up leftover food. So, used the stove.,

The property was very clean and as stated. We were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location, apartment was super cute and clean, easy check in and out…Only complaint is the shower. The tub was clogged so it filled up with water while showering and the hot and cold kept switching on its own. Other than that, I would definitely recommend

The location is perfect. Easily walk to restaurants, shopping and the picture rocks boat tour. The apartment is nicely renovated. My only complaint is the shower head is very low. If you’re taller than 5’2”, you have to get creative.

The apartment was great, just as the pictures detail, easy to access, close to everything, beds were nice, coffee maker, parking was easy on the street and behind the property at night. Will definitely consider this property again for future snowmobile trips. Much better than a hotel.

We had a wonderful time in Munising! The apartment was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The downtown location is great! The perfect place for enjoying walks downtown, the Pictured Rocks cruise, and an easy drive to so many amazing waterfalls. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

This apartment in Munising was in the perfect location. We were right downtown munising so we could walk to all of the local dives and coffee shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for the past three days of our stay. My only thoughts: the floors felt like they were waxed. Super slippery but at least I knew it was clean! I had some trouble with the microwave stopping after 2 seconds, only got to work once but not a big deal. Otherwise fantastic place! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Munising area!

The downtown Munising location is a great place to stay if you want to explore Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. It is close to the hiking trails, waterfalls and tour operators. We also appreciated that you could walk to the local resturants, coffee shops and brew pubs. The apartment offered two good sized bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom. It was great to have access to a grill. The host is very responsive with an questions or concerns. There are two things to know if you stay here. First, guests are often up early for activities. This is an older building and the stairs are creaky, so there can be lots of noise in the morning. If you like to sleep late this might be irritating. A couple of the other rental properties in Munising will warn potential guests about this problem. Second, there are curtains, but not blackout curtains, so there is lots of light in the front units from the street lights.

We loved it! It was a bit smaller than all six of us are used to with only one bathroom and two bedrooms but we made it work. The only complaint I have is that there were 6 of us and only 4 bowls - so cereal in the morning was a problem and ice cream at night! Other than that it was very clean and felt like home. The kids bedroom door would not stay closed so they put a bag in front of the door. And clear tape in the shower was weird but it worked just fine. Overall I would stay there again if I was going to vacation that direction again.
