Cheri was a great host. We learned about the area and plant life. The place was spacious and the kitchen has a lot of essentials, like spices, tea, coffee and of course plates, utensils and glasses. There are two dressers. The couch was nice to sit on and read. We liked being out in the country.

Beautiful garden and very considerate and responsive host. I felt it was expensive for the amenities included, but ultimately I believe the rate was very fair when considering comparable options in the area. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. It was relaxing to be able to stay somewhere off the beaten path. We selected this property because it was the closest place we could find to the Cape George private community where my parents were hosting our annual family get together. We were very thrilled to find a nice place nearby. It’s a bit of a drive (15 or so minutes) to most tourist places in the area though.

Cherie was amazing in providing us information about the local area—including fishing. Further her yard/garden is astonishingly beautiful even early in the season. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen stocked enough for our needs and the apartment was quiet and restful! We will be back!

Cherie was very communicative, gave great recommendations for hiking, wineries, restaurants. Property is well cared for and beautiful! Basement apartment had everything we needed for making our own meals. The property is 10mins from Port Townsend downtown, 1hour 30mins from most Olympic National Park trailheads, 30mins from Fort Flagler and 12mins from Fort Worden. When we come back to Washington we will stay here again!

Very nice property, quiet and relaxing. Sheri was the perfect hostess with lots of ideas for where to visit if you are looking to explore. It was just the two of us and we were visiting family most of the time, would have loved to have spent more time sat the property. Will have to return in the spring.

Cherie is a great host. Well organized and welcoming. Good location for exploring PT and environs. Felt like I was in England at a lovely garden. Peonies, lupine, columbine and sedums abound. Comfortable lodging and supplied with just the right stuff for cooking in and getting a good night’s sleep.
