We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

    Great location for use of Westgate Not meant for a cozy stay. Couch is extremely uncomfortable. Check out at 11 and our cleaning lady attempted to enter at 9am

    I was given the wrong gate code and entrance code for the stairwell entrance. When we arrived our parking number was given to us and another guest. He showed us on his reservation as well. It was a total nightmare. Would never recommend this place

    This 2 bedroom condo is located close to the Glendale stadium and right next to the community pool. It is very spacious with a kitchen island and had all the amenities we needed. Communication was great too. I would definitely recommend this condo.

    One pillow on king beds…no guest book available…carpets need cleaning…front door light flashed on and off…had to look for bathroom towels…only one nightstand by bed…no overhead lighting except for kitchen …fan over bed concerning as it was wobbly with no way to slow speed…very little ice…good thing we were only there to sleep.

    safe complex, great location, nice gym, nice place- would be nice to have a pan to scramble eggs - bare minimum as far as kitchen (3 pots) - very convenient location
