Spacious Mid Century apartment - 5 min walk to Reed College

This was a great stay, but I probably won’t use VRBO again because it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten a refund of my deposit.

Comfortable little home base for a visit to Reed. A well designed space that delivers what it promises!

Literally a five minute walk to Reed!

What a wonderful place to stay! We have visited countless VRBO's through our travels, and we could have lived here. Perfect location and many amenities! The fireplace was cozy and gave a very intimate feel, the down comforter was a great weight and snuggly, and the fact there was toilet paper, a hair dryer and flat iron, along with shampoo and body wash was perfect to not overspend on things we wouldn't take home. The shower is small, so if you are big and tall it may be a tight squeeze, however it was fine for us. It really had everything and we were very happy with our choice. A perfect Portland landing pad!

Very comfortable vrbo. Everything you need to dine in. Loved the fireplace it warmed up the basement so quickly. Also shout out for sharing your streaming channels. That was very kind.

Everything about this stay was excellent! The outside area is beautiful as is the interior. I felt right at home!

It was just as the description stated. It was a cute mid-century modern apartment, decorated nicely and with amenities needed for a restful stay. We were walking distance to Trader Joes, restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet an easy walk.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - a great neighborhood, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, and nice living space. Our host responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. While the apartment is located beneath the host's living space, it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely, well-appointed vacation rental! We loved all the art and pottery, and the hosts even provided an air purifier, which I really appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO location. The property was well maintained, very clean and quite! We felt like we could live in this location. The set up was super, lots of different seating areas, reading spots and places to hang out. The kitchen set up was super, the bathroom, shower and towels were all quality and made the time even more enjoyable. We found the bed and the bedroom set up very comfortable. We loved the easy to click on the gas fireplace, lay down on the comfortable couch and watch Prime! Our hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had with speed and hospitality. We look forward to stay here again (our kids live in the area).

The property has such a lovely living room and couch to rest on after a long day out and about in Portland. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect location for a spring break visit to my Reed college student. Space was perfect, exactly as pictured. Nice, clean, quiet, and in a very cute neighborhood. I hope to stay again.

Loved how comfy, clean and peaceful this property was. I did quite a bit of cooking and they had everything I needed. Will stay again when I visit my student at Reed.

we came all the way from colorado to visit portland and this little apartment is a absolute must everything was beyond perfect and their communication is amazing ! , will definitely stay here again if i come back , thank yall .

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Christine and Ian's home! Beautifully appointed, large and very welcoming. Located perfectly for me to spend my days with my family nearby and recuperate at night. Christine and Ian were very accommodating when I asked to amend my schedule. They were the most obliging and welcoming of hosts!

This is the 2nd time that we've stayed in this apartment. It is spacious, comfortable and in a great location. We will be back!

This property met all my needs for a weeklong visit. Ian and Christine have provided everything needed for visitors to feel at home. The unit was spotless and the bed is very comfortable. It is located on a quiet street within a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It's helpful to know the thermostat to control the temperature is located in the owners home upstairs but the property was kept comfortable despite the extra warm week I was there. .
