With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    This property is clean and nice and well equipped. A tad loud at night w/the ambulances as it's near the hospital. But great to get to restaurants, shopping, the highways.

    Communication with property manager was seamless and easy, super helpful! They were great. The rental is about 15 mins from upper king street but not in the greatest location. I would not feel comfortable walking alone to the property at night. Housing was perfect for what we needed , renovated bathrooms! however furniture in living room could be updated.

    One of the cleanest properties I’ve rented on VRBO. Comfortable beds and very nice bed linens. Could have used another chair in living room for us but used chair from dining table. Parking and trash access on property was easy. Recommend this property and would stay again for sure!

    House as advertised, very clean and management very responsive to any questions. As other reviews point out, you can HEAR EVERYTHING outside and in. If the people in the unit downstairs are speaking in more than a normal tone, you can hear them as well as the cars on the surrounding streets. Additionally, you are near the hospital so you will get a few ambulances throughout the day/evening. Overall, good experience but if sensitive to noise outside I would consider a quieter street.

    Lovely place. We stayed in B which is the upstairs part of home. Well maintained, clean, sizable. Very noisy. Right on Main Street. Lots of loud music and particularly on the wknd the front bedrooms are very impacted. Also surrounded by college age kids partying in what appear to be apartments. Be prepared to wake throughout the night and morning. Also a good long walk from King street. But some cute restaurants close. All in nice but suited for a younger, rowdier crowd sleep and quiet isn’t all that valued.

    The property was very clean, the location was terrible. The house is exactly as it appears online. The concierge was very helpful. You cannot park two cars side-by-side, they are one in front of the other, so you have to ask other travelers to move their vehicles. Also, you are right at an intersection, with a hospital nearby. You hear noise day and night with the traffic. You will not want to sit out on the front porch. All night long you will hear fire trucks, ambulance, and even medical helicopters. The house is a duplex, the renter next-door smoked on the porch. You're about a mile and a half away from stores and shopping. Only a couple of blocks from a good-sized grocery store. We would not go back.

    Great well appointed unit charming and we all had our own space. Stay duvet made sure all was well and acommodatee our request. Location was an easy uber ride or if you have your own car parking was available.
