Spacious 1 Bedroom Apt in Alberta / Alameda Neighborhood

My stay was great; clean, great instructions for access/parking, and quick communications from the host. The location was perfect for my visit; walkable and easily drivable areas, and quiet at night. The projector was fun for movie watching!

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants. Good parking, very safe area. Neighborhood was charming. Entrance private.Apartment had everything needed. Bed was comfortable for sleeping. Couch not as comfortable for sleeping.Weather was rainy and chilly but unit had an extra heater that kept us comfortable.

There was no vineyard. The place was clean and nice. I would stay there again.

Safe neighborhood, close to small park, close to a charming downtown area. For a basement apartment it had room and felt airy with enough windows you didn't feel like you were in a cave :) No musty smell! I'd stay there again and again.

The location is great and parking is free right in front of the property. Very central to all the good spots in and around Portland. Our stay was very comfortable and we had everything needed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. Chris is an excellent host - great communicator and very responsive. We love the neighborhood - close to Alberta St. as well as the Concordia area, with lots of restaurants and shops, or just walking. We look forward to staying again!

Had a very great stay. The only thing I can mention as a down side is the water pressure. The shower spray was so incredibly low, hard to rinse my hair.

In a good neighborhood, tho my low cars were not happy about the speedbumps all over, they were manageable, areas close to some great food places, apartment had a nice full kitchen, spacious living room with projector and couch/bed, nice size bathroom and the bedroom was very cozy. If your a light light sleeper really keep in mind this is a downstairs basement-like apartment with people above. our stay was pretty quiet, and the owner was very communicative when we needed, overall a good place for a short stay for 1 or 2 guests
