The Space:
Our generously sized two-bedroom, two-bath units feature stunning interiors, ample closet space, and modern open kitchen layouts that cater to your lifestyle. The interiors boast high-quality solid-surface countertops, large windows that fill the space with natural light, and open floor plans that create a welcoming ambiance, making them the perfect home away from home.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in the lively East Chattanooga neighborhood, known for its mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. This area blends historic charm with modern development, offering a variety of dining, cafes, and shops. Just a short drive from downtown, residents have easy access to cultural attractions like museums, parks, and the Tennessee Riverfront. With convenient access to major highways, this vibrant neighborhood offers both urban convenience and local character, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a dynamic community.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

    Beautiful- comfortable and well maintained property. I just didn't like being on the ground floor on such a busy and LOUD road. That and the neighborhood was not as walkable as I was hoping but again... SUCH A LOVELY PLACE INSIDE AND A GREAT PRICE- Thank you!!!

    The unit itself is very cute and the location to all the tourist attractions that we wanted to go to was great. The unit is on the corner right on main street so the traffic noise, especially at night is very bothersome. A little more detail to cleanliness to several spiderwebs and corner dirt would be beneficial. Recommended getting a small dinner table for 4 which would be a nice addition so you wouldn't have to just sit at the bar to eat or play games.

    The apartment was just as pictured if not more spacious. The location, while right on the road, was convenient to downtown and restaurants. The only issue I encountered was the upstairs tenant played loud music from evening until morning. I actually saw where another guest commented about the same experience so be prepared.

    This is a nice, new and spacious apartment. That said, I wouldn't stay here again. Not because of the condition of the unit but because of the location. Now, everyone has their own tolerance for location but for me this was borderline. Some areas near the unit didn't appear to be the best. Also, this unit sits on a ground floor at the corner of a busy intersection. The master bedroom is adjacent to both streets and the traffic is loud and nearly nonstop in the evenings we were there. There are also bright street lights that keep the bedroom more illuminated at night than we were used to. Also, as one previous reviewer stated there is at time a smell of weed in the unit, likely from a neighbor.

    A lovely apartment with direct access to outside from the bedroom. Most everything was very nice. There were clean wet towels in the washer when we got there and a dirty coffee pot, but everything else was great. The bed and furniture was very comfortable.

    Pros were that the location was a reasonably short drive to the destinations we wanted to visit, the space and furniture were all in new condition and the rooms and spaces matched photos. Cons were the loud music at all hours from unit above, pervasive smell of weed throughojt the stay that may have been from an adjacent unit or a precious tenant, and the yelling and singing from a neighbor on our first night staying there.
