Accommodation

The apartment is arranged over two levels and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

The lower floor features a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for comfortable holiday living. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer, water cooler machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, extractor fan and microwave, along with a breakfast island seating four. The living area includes an L-shaped sofa, smart TV, DVD player and MP3 docking station. A guest WC and washing machine are also located on this level. A folding bed can be added for a fifth guest if required (suitable for a child under 11 only).

Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms, both air-conditioned and fitted with blackout blinds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and access to a spacious furnished balcony. The second bedroom is a twin room, which can be configured as a king-size bed on request, with en-suite shower room and balcony seating. Hairdryers are provided.



Outdoor living & pools

The living area opens directly onto the apartment’s private terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a dining table for outdoor meals. A BBQ is provided for easy alfresco dining.

The private plunge pool features a waterfall detail and is approximately 1.5 metres deep, ideal for cooling off during warmer months. Guests also have access to the large communal swimming pool and shared sun terraces within the complex, offering flexibility for both quiet relaxation and sociable poolside time.
