Single room suite, king bed, jetted tub close to Estes Park

Clean, quiet, good access and plenty of parking. Really enjoyed my stay.

Property was easy to enter. Small,clean and efficient

The bed was beyond uncomfortable also they offer a fireplace and make you pay for firewood which is if you ask me useless.

Ok place for a couple of nights but really tiny cabin. Only sink is in the bathroom. There is no stove, only a microwave. There are no written directions in the unit. Had to call maintenance when we checked in to figure out how to use the TV. He had to reboot the unit. The mechanism to open/close the back window was broken and when I called (twice) to send someone to fix it while we were out for the day, no one ever showed up. I had to place a rock on the ledge to keep the window shut at night. Tis unit was too close to the road but others might be better higher up on the slope.

It was a very nice room. About the size of a standard hotel room that has a sofa area. It included a microwave, mini-fridge and plenty of disposable cups, plates etc. Also, a real fireplace. Unfortunately, the second night, we returned to the room to find that it smelled like smoke. More like burning paper than a wood-burning fireplace. It wasn’t coming from the fireplace. The heat wasn’t on. We couldn’t get phone reception but had my friend’s husband call the off-hours number. A maintenance guy came in, said that all the units smelled that way, even when we explained that it hadn’t the day before or that morning. No idea what caused it but both our eyes were stinging so we opened the windows. We left early and I told the person who answered the phone to have management call me but no one did.So for a review? I’d give the place a 5 if not for the smoky room. Customer service gets a 2.

Everything was beautifully clean and cozy. We had a very nice day there. The only thing that I would criticize is the the front courtyard area was completely dark at night and none of our front porch lights worked other than that. We had a beautiful stay.

Cozy little cabin which was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 golden retrievers. Everything went seamlessly from arrival to departure. Parking isn’t great but that is to be expected when you’re staying on the side of a mountain.

This was a cozy little cabin very close to RMNP. Easy booking and check-in. There was a problem with one of the lamps, and we got very prompt service from management.

Place was great, as described. Take a pic of check in info as service was not great when we arrived so it took a bit to get it to load.

This place was perfect for my quick, solo hiking trip. Kitchenette was well stocked, place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was pretty much what we were looking for. Very Clean. The location was perfect.

Just a short ride to the Rocky Mountain entrance. 5 minute drive to supermarket. 10-12 minute drive to Estes Park downtown. The room was better than adequate. Minor things: the couch was warn out. Lamp switch defective. One outlet did not work. Room was a bit dated. I did not even report any of these small issues to the owner.

This was the perfect room for us! It was so clean & cozy. Will be staying again!

Went for a retreat at the Y and needed a place close by to stay. This spot was easy to get to and met our needs. My husband was able to easily get to RMNP for a day home while I was in sessions and we were able to get to all restaurants and shops in minutes by car m

It was affordable when the hotel for the wedding was almost 3 times as much.

The room was clean and as expected based on the photos. The bathroom is dated.

Very quaint adequate rooms. Great location. Smooth process all the way through. If i had to put a negative it would probably have to be they are located on a curve and getting in and out was a little stressful but not terribly bad.

The cabin was easy to find and get to. I was amazed that it was pretty quiet, even though it is located very close to the highway. The management was very responsive to our requests when informed that the refrigerator wasn't cooling as it should. The refrigerator needed defrosting, and once that was done, it worked fine. The cabin was rather tight, especially with the king sized bed. The bathroom sink worked fine, but was very unattractive. The jetted tub was large and difficult to get in and out of for some of us elderly people. It would have nice to have a table to eat at, but there was no room for that. The cabin was nice and clean.

What a great stay we had.

Our stay was great, loved the location, the bed was very comfortable. Loved having the Keurig, online pictures need updated. Appreciated upgraded tv and refrigerator was dissappointed there was no toaster as listed in the ammenities. Overall would definately stay again.

Perfect for us

It was a nice place to stay. It is within 3 miles of the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very clean an easy to get to. We would stay again.
