There was mold in the bathroom and shower area when we arrived but other than that it was exactly as described

This is great for small groups. It’sVery small. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. This is perfect if you’re planning to be outAll day and just go home and sleep. Also, hard to find at first. Ask for pictures to show taxi or yourself. We got a local taxi and they found it hard to find.

The place is in a great location close to everything. They have a really good cafe across the street and the unit was perfect for my group of 3.

The host let us check-in early (very early) which was super helpful. Supplied toilet paper, towels, trashbags, tissue and kitchen supplies. The pictures and description were accurate.There was some mold in several places, we couldn't get the washer to work, and the heating unit in the front bedroom didn't work properly all the time. Some of the issues may have been human error though. The location was about 10 minutes (walking) north of the expected location, but maybe I just misunderstood how VRBO shows the location of the property? We were still within walking distance of a bunch of fun things to do and about a 9 minute walk from a train station, so it was okay that the walk was a little longer than expected. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was in a great central location and I was surprised just how large it was. The bedrooms were really big so there was plenty of room for our luggage and washing etc. I liked that there were little cute restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and it was very close to the train station. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The property perfectly situated in Shinjuku - very close to Shin Okubu - but also close enough for a short walk to Shinjuku station - and from there; everywhere! There was a laundry just around the corner, and a “tattoo friendly” onsen minutes away. We love our stay here

It's in a great area and a good place to sleep. We were out most days, so we basically used at night. It was nice to have a freezer and microwave. There was no extra toilet paper or towels. We didn't reach out to property manager, just bought ourselves. Even with that, it was a great place to stay.

Quick stay, had a great time. Great location, with plenty to do and see. Would recommend!

Alex was very accommodating and always quick to reply. The Apartment is in a central location close to the train and many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone I knew visiting Shinjuku!

This property was great! 8 minutes from the Shin-Okubo station which took us to where we needed to go. Easy walk to all the cool things in Shinjuku. The rooms are spacey enough for four of us. We enjoyed the vibe. Simple and comfortable!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here. The place itself is as advertised with a decent amount of space for Tokyo. The only thing wrong was the small bedroom TV did not seem to work (Not that we were there long enough to watch TV). The flat was clean when we arrived and everything seemed to be there. This place is only a 10 minute walk from the Godzilla head in Shinjuku, as well as other, let's say, more colorful sections of Shinjuku. A train station was also roughly 5-7 minute walk away. This is a residential area in Koreatown, although a major street is only two blocks away. For some reason, our taxi drivers had a difficult time finding this place. The building this flat is located in is, in all honesty, not the nicest looking place, and it can be a little noisy in the early evening. Still, this is a good place to stay if you want to experience a more local view of Tokyo instead of staying in a hotel off a busy street.

Rooms clean, really slow wi-fi. Great shower but a little mouldy. Location is good.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us and everything we were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your Tokyo trip 1. Location - the location of the apartment couldn't be any better. It's situated a few blocks from a main street in Shinjuku (best neighborhood/burrough/city to stay in Tokyo, in my opinion); close enough to the busy, happening parts of Shinjuku, but far enough so that it's quiet at night. Wonderful coffee shop right downstairs. Train station is about a 10 minute walk and so many great places to eat at all hours of the day within a 5 minute walk. Great, quiet neighborhood that we all felt aboslutely safe in. 2. The Apartment - totally clean, beds were super comfortalble, had everything we needed: great wifi, washer, water pressure was excellent. The apartment even had a nice kitchen/dining area for all of us to hang out, chat, and eat. This is not a complaint, but I'm a little taller, so I had to just be midnful walking through some of the doorways such as the bathroom and shower area. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you'll have everything you need to get clean. 3. The Host - even though everything was already set up for us by the time we arrived, Alex, our host, was still very communicative and answered the few questions I had regarding check in. He was quick to respond, so I felt at ease with everything. 4. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend choosing this apartment if you are spending time in Tokyo. You won't regret it.
