SF Central Near SF State and Muni line to all attractions large 2+ bedroom

Great location and had a nice stay in San Francisco here. Easy street parking if needed.

Parking was easy to find. It does get cold at night, so the space heaters were helpful to keep the bedrooms warm.JoAnn was very accomodating with check in and out times.

My husband, adult daughter and I had a lovely stay while visiting family in the area. The apartment felt spacious for the three of us and easily accommodated short visits from our other family members. It was very quiet, The furniture was comfortable, there were space heaters we didn’t need to use much. The kitchen has a two burner convection stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and a good sized refrigerator. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. There was also coffee, tea, flour, sugar and some spices. Street parking was always available and grocery stores were a short drive away. Public transportation is walking distance. The apartment was also fairly wheelchair accessible with just one small step.We’d stay again!

My husband, teenage son, and I loved our stay! Everything you need in a great location. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping located nearby, and it was very easy to get a ride share into Downtown and other places of interest. Highly recommend!

Convenient to airport and for 2-days transient stay. It has a very small kitchen , not set-up for cooking for a family meal. Good and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds.

Great little basement ADU. Very good use of space, plenty of linens for pullout, and beautiful neighborhood. Convenient to beaches and golden gate, not far from downtown. Note the refrigerator/freezer is not full size, but fits a good amount. We loved staying here!

Family of 6 (age 11-18) visiting San Fran for 6 days. There is a reason JoAnn has amazing reviews. This place was perfect for our home base to explore the city, beaches, and Muir woods. The beds were comfortable and place was very clean. IJoAnn is very responsive in getting back to you with any questions. The area of the city felt very safe with Target and a Trader Joe's conveniently located close by. Ample street Plparking was a breeze. Nothing to complain about. Book with confidence.

We traveled with a 5yo boy and 2 girls (7 & 10). The beds were really comfortable and the kids slept on the pullouts without a problem.The place is in a perfect location with nearby parks if you have little ones. Also, it has everything you need and spices for cooking. JoAnn is an excellent host considering with a situation we encountered in which she remediated immediately. She is very accommodating and communicates well.

The property was perfect for our short stay in SF. It's easy to find, in a great residential neighborhood, and only a short walk to the public transit system with a main line taking you into the city. It's very clean with better than average furnishings and amenities. Only minor downside is the smaller, but still fully functional kitchenette. If you're not planning on cooking large meals it's more than adequate. We cooked up some nice tortellini and a salad we picked up from the neighborhood Safeway a few blocks away. My son slept on the queen sleeper sofa and thought it was plenty comfortable. The washer and dryer were great for a quick refresh of our clothes during our multi-week trip through California.Definitely recommend this place!

Eight days to take in as much of San Francisco as we could. We were close to the MUNI line which opens up the whole city while not needing to drive. Home was spacious and weill appointed. Clean, neat and had some maps and guide books to add to our information. Would stay again if we get back there.

Great host communication, darling 1st level apartment, perfect location. Easy to walkabout with markets, restaurants and entertainment nearby. The unit has everything you will need for a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Attended a conference at Moscone and the hotels were expensive and mostly booked. This option was great for our group of three - two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The neighborhood is quite nice and we were a 30 minute WAYMO (or Uber) away. Public transportation is very acessible, too. The unit is bright and charming.

5 star. Recommended. Exactly as described. The two of us found the rental attractive, comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice residential neighborhood. Only a couple minutes walk away from MUNI public transportation with free 2-hour transfer tickets. Valuable in reducing city driving and San Francisco parking hassles for city visitors.

This place was ideal for our stay in San Francisco. It is very clean and spacious, the beds are comfy, and there is plenty of room for meals and hanging out. Convenient and quiet, but also close to lots of shops and restaurants in a very cute neighborhood.

It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was very prompt and helpful when we had inquiries. We loved the convenient location to downtown but also appreciated being in a safe residential neighborhood. Shops and a mall with grocery stores were a reasonable walking distance. Highly recommend.

We went on the trip to celebrate my sister’s enlistment to the Navy. The stay was ok, my main complaint was the smell of the sheets, blankets and pillows. It made it hard to sleep at night as they smelled bad. Other than that, everything else was good. I would just recommend to bring your own sheets. Everything else was clean.

This was a very spacious and relatively accessible area. If you are looking for an alternative to stay outside of the downtown core and close to the airport - this is a great option.

Unit was very clean and well kept. Beautiful view off the street. Made us feel very comfortable. Location was also wonderful at about 15-30 minutes away from most attractions. Host JoAnn was always available. Asked for recommendations on places to go and eat and she directed us to some great locations! We will most definitely be booking with this host at this home in the future as we are already planning to return. If you are deciding which VRBO to go with and this one suites your accommodation, look no further and book while you can!

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation and its surroundings. San Francisco and Oakland are very easy to reach by car and bus/train/ferry. We had a wonderful time.

This place felt like home away from home for our family of five. We stayed two nights while visiting SF. We took the MUNI line in to the city and it was easy. The place was lovely and we would stay here again! Communication was excellent.
