Serene riverfront 1 bedroom ski property!

Great location for a couple on a mission to ski Powder Mountain.

We were staying here to search for a house in the area. It was actually my second stay here in a couple months so I knew what a great place this was from my initial visit. Rachel and John are the BEST. They make sure that you are comfortable and well taken care of. The place is spotless and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and very nice for cooking inside if that is what you choose. The temperature of the unit stays very comfortable at all times. We did use the laundry room and found it very convenient next to our unit. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone.

Rachel was nice and attentive. I would recommend her rental to other people.

I was very pleased with the location, the cleanliness, the peace and quiet, and the responsiveness and friendliness of the hostess. I was even allowed in the private space of the owner to get more input about the local area that I am considering to invest in a home. I would stay here again for sure.

What a great experience to stay out in this part of Utah. The owners were thoughtful, courteous and welcoming- I was here for an extended period of time while waiting for my house to close in Ogden and could not have picked a better place!! Highly recommend

I came to Eden to run a Spartan race in early August. I have never been here before, but found it to be a small, charming ski resort type area full of farm fields and a lake in the valley and surrounded by amazing mountains everywhere. The place I stayed at was just minutes form Nordic Valley where the event was held, as well as from a grocery store and a few nice restaurants (go to the Mad Moose for sure!). The location itself had a dedicated parking spot by the house and easy access into the basement apartment. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, carpeted and painted, with a decent amount of space for 1-2 people. The bathroom is large and has a very large Jacuzzi tub as well as a stand up shower, which was nice. The bedroom is a good size, though the bed was far too soft for me personally, so that was a touch difficult. There is a kitchen as well that had all the supplies you would need and more. My only complaint was that the place smelled a bit musty, which could be due to moisture from the bathroom in the carpets (hard to say - just a guess) as ventilation is sometimes an issue in spaces like this. Also, note that this apartment is connected directly to the house by doors in the TV room and laundry room, neither of which locked form my side. The front has a keypad lock and then a second door with a manual lock. The bedroom and bathroom also did lock. The people who own the house were there on the weekend too and were super quiet and respectful, which was also very nice. Overall a good stay, especially for the location and price.

The only things I noticed was the toilet was wobbly and the bed had a busted leg closest to the window other than that it was great Thanks again

Great little apartment in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to all amenities in the valley. I will be back!
