SEAS THE DAY: Charming Folly Beach Apartment awaits your arrival!

My wife and I stayed here for our 6th Anniversary and we had a great time! Right across from beach access and walking distance to pretty much everything! We only drove to dinner once because my wife was in heels lol. The place was clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. When it was quiet at night, we could hear the waves crashing with the window open!

Easy access to the beach

This place is as advertised. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and all the appliances and bathroom fixtures are newer. Everything worked. Best of all, it is a one minute walk to the beach. You’re as close as many oceanfront houses without the oceanfront price. It’s also 4-5 blocks from Restaurants and bars. There’s a dedicated off street parking space. We parked our car and walked or rode bikes everywhere. Be aware that it’s a basement apartment, and it’s small. But if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, clean, very well located place for a couple, possibly with a child, this may be for you.

Great basement apartment! It had everything we needed including a cute coffee bar! Check in was very easy and Debbie has everything you would need at her place. We would stay again!

Great location… close to the beach, walking distance to the little town. Place is sub level, it is small but very clean. Host used the space wisely. The little sitting area outside makes it feel like your ground level. My only suggestion is more towels, we only had three for the 4 day stay but other than that … great little place

Nice place and location was great

This was our second time staying, and I can say we will certainly be staying again! Great location, perfect for two people. The apartment was clean with some basic kitchen and bath items provided. The lawn is well kept, and we loved the renovations since our last stay in 2021. Be sure to write something in the book when you visit!

Just the right amount of room for two...close to beach and far enough away for quietness and privacy

Cute, clean and well equipped Folly apartment. Right across from the beach. Easy walk to Bert’s Market for drinks and food. Would highly recommend! Best part was the covered front porch. Perfect place to unwind after the day and listen to the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was just right for the two of us, we’ll maintained, and a short walk to the beach and grocery store.

Great spot. Right across the street from the beach. Apt had beach chairs to use. Close to restaurants/bars. Short drive to Charleston. The apt was cute.

Across the street from beach access and within easy walking distance to downtown. Apartment was clean and well stocked with essentials. Check in process was easy. Property manager support was excellent and timely. Restaurants downtown were excellent. Easy commute to Charleston, Plantation Tours, and Angle Oak Tree.

This has a great beach location. The apartment is literally in the basement. The floors are painted cement. The hosts definitely tried to make it look nice. However, the floor in the bathroom is mildewy. Unfortunately, the apartment also smelled of smoke. The host offered for us to leave if we wanted - we had no place else to go for our vacation and the host offered a spray odor block. If you can handle the smokey smell and you don't need to spend time in the apartment, it's fine. We loved visiting Charleston and spent some time on the beach as well.

Unit was perfect for 2 people. Everything was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were lovely. Location can’t be beat, just across the street from the beach. We could hear the waves from the back porch. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a weekend get away.

I found that this property is very functional and in a fantastic local. Walking distance from everything, yet out of the way enough, to provide privacy. Very happy we found this hidden gem.

This is as advertised. A small lower level apartment that is perfect for two people. While you cannot see the ocean from the porch, the beach is a one minute walk. This rental suited our needs perfectly as we use our accomodations to suit our activities, not the other way around.

This is our 2nd stay at this place. We absolutely love the convenience of being across the street from beach access and the place is super cute. A nice walk to the shops and restaurants provides some exercise and never having to move our car once we arrive. We plan to visit annually.
