Everything was in good condition, location is great, and Susan's communications were very helpful both before and during our stay.

Very clean and comfortable space that worked great for a ladies weekend. Kitchen was well stocked and the snacks were appreciated! Susan was communicative and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely perfect in every way. I can’t stress enough how great the location was 8 minute walk to the boardwalk, 10 to Seabright beach. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs, sand toys, parking. The bbq and outdoor area is amazing. We will be back!

Our family of four had a wonderful weekend stay at Susan's place in Santa Cruz. The place was super clean and had all the amenities that you could need. It was a perfect size for our family, with two adults and two elementary aged kids. I think it would be totally fine with teens as well. The location is amazing - very walkable to many different areas and so close to Seabright beach and to the Boardwalk. You can hear the people above, if that unit is occupied, but that is very clearly stated in the description so it was expected and it was honestly not that bad. We had such a fun weekend and would absolutely love to stay again, and for longer! Susan was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Thank you Susan!

This adorable cottage is well appointed and super clean. Nice king sized bed was comfortable. The location was great within walking distance to the boardwalk and other local attractions. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.

We frequently visit our son who lives in Santa Cruz, and we've typically stayed in hotels. We decided to try a Vrbo this time, and are so glad we did. This home is just lovely. It's beautifully decorated with beach and seashore theme appointments. We just loved the vibe. The home is spotless and has everything you can think of that you might need for a beach vacation. This is a spot that is ideal for a small family. It's a very short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk. You can faintly hear the excitement of the roller coaster! The bed was comfy, and the living room and kitchen area are nicely laid out. There is an very nice outside sitting area that we didn't use because the weather was chilly during our stay, but it would be a nice spot for a glass of wine by the fire pit. Communication with the host was outstanding. I highly recommend this spot. We'll definitely be back.

What a beautiful little apartment! Up-dated with modern amenities and so clean........spotless! The space was perfect for my husband and I as we visited the area - even stayed in one night and had our own little dinner while we watched The Lost Boys movie which was filmed nearby. The owner Susan was the perfect host, always staying connected and answered any questions we had via text. The bed and linens were so comfy, even the bathroom had an amazing shower. Never had time to use the little outdoor space, but how relaxing it looks with the mini fire pit and patio lights! Would recommend it for small parties....living room area is very large, but perfect for a couples get away. Thank you so much Susan for sharing your family's legacy and renting to us!

Had the family stay here for a quick weekend getaway to Santa Cruz. Great communication with host prior to arrival. Perfect location of the small cozy apartment as it’s a few min. walk to the boardwalk and nearby walking distance to food spots. Definitely will be returning.

It is a very beautiful cozy house, we loved our 2 day stay and wished we could have booked a longer stay. The property owner was very easy to communicate, she sent emails about the details about the property, check in details and everything regarding other rules. I will definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed this condo and its location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and there are good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The check in and out process was easy. We will be looking to stay here again.
