Stayed Oct 15, 2025This place is in the best location!! Plus, having two full bathrooms with two large bedrooms was great. We loved the stone walls and old Edinburgh feeling of the apartment. The stairs going up to the unit are challenging so it is well worth it to get this 1st floor apt with minimal steps. The host was super -- very organized at getting all of the details to us in advance and always quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again!!

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Location! Location! Location! This is right in the middle of it all. Great spot to stay to give you access to everything. Place was clean and as described- although it could use new carpet. We would stay here again.

Stayed May 19, 2024Great property close to all major sites. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Only challenge for older guests may be getting bags up ancient spiral staircase.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024The entrance and stairs to the unit were our favorite, though hearing bagpipes from the living room, walking 3 minutes up to the castle at night and watching a wedding party walk by were also memorable moments! The place was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 seventeen year-olds.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024This property is beautiful, meticulously maintained and very family-friendly. The location is perfect for seeing all the sights along the Royal Mile and very close to other interesting areas and public transportation, as well. Communicating with Paul was easy and productive.
