Dear guests, to ensure your comfort and safety, we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, a minimum of 2 hours of ventilation throughout the entire house, etc.

Linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are subject to a mandatory fee of €180 per stay.

This amount, not included in the booking price, must be paid on-site to the local team upon arrival, when you receive the keys.

We have chosen to work directly with local staff, without intermediaries, to guarantee fair compensation for quality services (cleaning, linens, check-in and check-out).

This is the main living space, comprising the kitchen, a central island with a dining table, and the lounge area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The living room features a large four-seater sofa, two coffee tables, and two natural rattan armchairs.

Outside, there is a large terrace with a dining table and two sun loungers, as well as a balcony with a view of the Collioure bell tower.

The roller shutters are electric.

Each room has individual air conditioning.
