The amount of the reservation is payable to Abritel with the service charges of Abritel and the tourist tax.
However, the balance of the rental is payable directly to the owners upon arrival in the apartment.
For French tenants, payment will be made by check on arrival. For foreign tenants, payment will be made by bank transfer 10 days before the start of the rental.

After the first payment by the tenant, Abritel makes the details of the tenant legible and the owner can complete the contract with the details of the tenant (email address, mobile phone number, number of people).
The owner sends the contract to the tenant by email and the tenant then returns it to him by post, duly signed and dated.

Tourist tax for the Municipality of Collioure: € 1.65 per night and per adult from 18 years old because it is a 3-star accommodation.
The law now requires Abritel to charge the tenant the tourist tax at the time of booking.

Electricity consumption to be regulated according to statement at the time of departure.

Deposit: 500 € to be paid directly to the owner upon arrival in the apartment. Returned 7 days after the tenant's departure if no damage or breakage has been observed.

Cleaning: 70 € if not done by the tenant (the tenant gives on arrival a check of 70 € which will be returned to him upon departure if he has cleaned. Otherwise, the owner keeps the check to pay the cleaning team).

Apartment allowing you to spend a holiday in complete autonomy and tranquility if you wish, because it is ideally located: the Residence is quiet, without passage or noise, but you can reach Port Vendres and its shops in just a few minutes on foot (10 minutes ) than in the center of Collioure (20 mins).
A LIDL supermarket is 200 meters away (3 minutes on foot).

Outside the coves of the district, several other coves and beaches are available to you in a few minutes by car: Paulilles beaches, Port-Vendres, Collioure.
Banyuls and Argelès beaches about 6 km each.
Its central location means you can do without a car.
Many shops, cinemas, restaurants and museums nearby as well as cultural events on site and in the region.

Collioure is the jewel of the Rocky Coast which, between sea and mountains, is among the sunniest regions of France.
Its privileged climate makes the surrounding garrigue scented which invites you to stroll and its unique vineyard.
City of painters, Collioure is part of an authentic setting that did not leave indifferent the artists who stayed there:
Matisse, Derain, Braque, Chagall, Picasso ... immortalized each one in his style on their paintings.
Speaking of its so particular and typical light, a contemporary of Matisse and Derain said about these two painters: They worked together in Collioure in a golden light which erased the shadows ...
The chemin du fauvisme in Collioure allows you to follow in the footsteps of these renowned artists.

Many permanent workshops and exhibitions in this city.
Unknown access to Collioure by the vineyard route via the Fort St. path Elme in the extension of the road leading to the apartment.

Fishing, sailing and trading port, Port-Vendres is a very active city (see La Criée: fishermen's fish sale and tasting on site), numerous restaurants, shops, banks and 2 supermarkets (Intermarché and Carrefour Market).

Tennis in Port Vendres and Collioure, beaches and coves everywhere, many hikes in the immediate vicinity: vineyard route, Fort St. Elme, route des Crètes, Smugglers' Way, Hermitage of Consolation.
Nice bike rides too.
Many diving clubs in Port Vendres, Collioure and Banyuls.
Thalassotherapy in Banyuls: THALACAP 10 minutes by car from Port Vendres

Perpignan is 30 minutes away.

    We found the apartment perfect for enjoying the area on foot. We particularly enjoyed the choice of beaches almost on the doorstep, the walks, the many good restaurants in Port Vendres and Collioure and, of course, the spectacular scenery. The descriptions say it all, accurately, but the one thing we hadn't appreciated was the orientation of the apartment. The sun was on the terrace in the morning and gone by lunch time. It only reached into the apartment if we opened the shutters early enough in the morning. In high summer, this is no doubt a definite plus. At the end of May, it was hot outside and decidedly chilly inside, unless we used the heating.
