My property is located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Collioure. Thanks to its unique setting, the large sunny terrace offers breathtaking views over the bay and the château. There is plenty of outdoor space, and the beaches can be reached within just a 2-minute walk. The house is ideal for couples, families, and groups. Pets are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: Together with our adjoining houses, we can accommodate up to 20 guests. Please feel free to contact us if interested.

The entire estate consists of several interconnected Catalan houses located in the former and highly picturesque fishermen’s quarter “Le Mouré” in Collioure. The exceptionally spacious and luxuriously equipped main house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

A particular highlight are the extraordinary rooftop terraces spread across several levels (more than 100 sqm / 1,000 sq ft), offering spectacular panoramic views over the bay. Saint Vincent Beach, next to the famous fishermen’s church, is only about a 2-minute walk away.

The house is entered through a large courtyard gate. In the covered area behind it, bicycles, strollers, inflatable boats, and similar equipment can be stored safely. From there, you enter the house on the mezzanine level.

Mezzanine Level:
This level features a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room seating up to 10 people, and a living room with an open fireplace. One staircase leads down to the ground floor, while another leads up to the first floor.

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor, accessible from the open staircase of the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small shower, and a separate toilet. Particularly noteworthy is the exposed natural rock on which the house was built, partially extending into the room itself. The bedroom also includes a separate sofa bed for one person (for example, an additional child).

First Floor:
This level contains two bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom or shower room, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine for guests’ use. The large master bedroom features a double bed and a very spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, and separate toilet. The second room, known as the “Blue Room,” also has a double bed. Adjacent to it, on its private hallway, are a shower room and a separate toilet.

Second Floor:
This floor can be reached either via an outdoor staircase or directly from the master bedroom. This “terrace level” features a very spacious living room with a library and TV lounge area, as well as a small but well-equipped summer kitchen. There is also a generous indoor dining area for 8–10 guests.

The terraces are truly exceptional, offering uninterrupted views of the mountains, the bay, the world-famous Moorish church tower, the château, and the open sea. The terraces include numerous seating and dining areas, sun loungers, and a barbecue. At the rear of the terrace, surrounded by bougainvillea, there is an additional double bedroom with two canopy beds. This room also has its own small shower room with toilet.

Third Floor:
Another staircase leads from the large terrace up to the rooftop terrace on the top floor, offering stunning 360-degree views.

Please Note:
If you are travelling with more than 8 guests, it is possible to rent an additional charming adjoining house with three extra bedrooms (accommodating up to 5 additional guests), its own shower, separate toilet, and living/dining area with open kitchen. These rooms are shown in the photos as Bedrooms 5, 6, and 7, Bathroom/Shower 3, and Salon 3.

The main house and the additional house are connected through a covered passageway that also provides direct access to the sun terrace. This creates ample space for larger family gatherings or similar events for up to 14 guests. Individual bedrooms in this section may also be rented separately if you do not require the full additional capacity. This option can be selected directly by adjusting the number of guests, allowing the corresponding pricing to be displayed automatically.

Need Even More Space
If you require additional accommodation, and subject to availability, it may also be possible to rent our adjoining Patio House with garden, which forms part of the overall estate ensemble.

Great property with phenomenal views over Collioure. Perfect for extended family get together. Well equipped, and handy to have the 2 kitchens- one next to the indoor dining room and another adjoining the terrace upstairs. Excellent communication from the owner and from local manager Rachel.

We were a large family group and wanted some extra space. The catal is amazing with outdoor space, kitchen, antique furnishings, comfortable beds. It felt like living in a piece of history. Kids and adults lived it!

Your unique property met all our needs as a social group of adults who love to cook and enjoy outdoor spaces. Rachel was very welcoming and helpful. The standard of equipment and flexibility of the property are unsurpassed and the views Devine.

What an amazing experience to be able to stay in such a beautiful and historic home. I love old houses and their character and this home is absolutely full of character. And the VIEWS! Great restaurants just minutes from the door and Rachael (property manager) was very sweet and helped us with parking. Most of the town is paid parking (30€ + per day) but you’ll want to make sure to connect with her to try and get one of the spots reserved for residents (free). A few quirks I thought nice to know: The home does share the downstairs outside terrace area with the adjoining apartment- no one was in it at the time of our stay so we didn’t bump into anyone- also the upstairs terrace is far better anyways so we hardly used the downstairs outdoor area. Access to the upstairs terrace as well as the upstairs living room and kitchen is via two paths- 1. Through the main bedroom suite and 2. Via a small outdoor stair case. Not a negative for us but a quirk I thought might be good to know for some folks. 100% recommended. We would stay again without hesitation.

The house was perfectly located, well equipped, even more beautiful than described with a view from the terrace that is simply incomparable. We have already booked a return for next year. Collioure is particularly inviting to families with small children. We hope to have both of our grandchildren with us next year. Rachel was fantastic, quickly replacing our room fan when needed and readily available. We were all enchanted with this exceptional house in the middle of Collioure!

Words can’t describe how enchanting this beautiful home is. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views are better than the pictures suggest as well as all of the interior spaces. The location is perfect just a few steps from the water, restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer in this charming and lovely home and town. The host was very communicative and helpful from beginning to end. I highly recommend!

Despite all the photos in advance the house and it’s heritage environment are stunning. The house offers several bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and is ideal for large families or groups of people around 8-10 people. The house is in the old town with magnificent views of surroundings. The proximity of several beaches and local shopping with 5 min. access to local market. Easy access to marine sightseeing by boat or going by bus to surrounding villages. One can do many things around: hiking, biking, sightseeing, snorkeling, scuba-diving, fishing, going to a movie in a local cinema , falling in love with the village and the Region and even with the house, appreciating kindness and generosity of local people. An experience above majority of other possible vacations. Communication with the owner and the caretaker are timely, cordial and easy. We look forward to returning one day. Thank you for this time in Collioure!
