River life on the Chattahoochee in Helen Ga., River life

The property was nice however the firwrplaces wete not turned on and I specifically asked about them receiving no answer to my request. Stingy on wash cloths and toilet paper. We made due on the wash cloths but had to purchase toilet paper

We really enjoyed the screened porch. A river runs behind the condo and it was so peaceful.

I absolutely loved the property. It was beautiful, comfortable and had a great view of the river.

Conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. Enjoyed sitting by the river with the family and doing a little trout fishing. Definitely staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The location was excellent very close to all the shops & places to eat in Helen but still very quiet. The river in the backyard you could hear from the screen porch was a wonderful bonus. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to Helen.

The location was perfect. Communication was very fast. We loved looking out at the river in the mornings. It was very nice to have a designated parking space in a busy area where you have to pay to park in public parking. We don’t always love the bed where we stay, but we loved this one! It was so comfortable and we didn’t wake up with achy backs or necks. A lovely stay for sure!

We loved our stay at River Life! It was a wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere with our two babies in the stroller and leave our car at the property which saved us from having to get in and out and pay for parking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious and the screened in porch with the river view was perfect for our little crew to hang out on and enjoy. We loved walking to the playground to get our energy out and it is just a short stroll from the property. We will definitely stay again!

Another great stay at Riverlife! Five years in a row and counting. Cannot beat the location for Oktoberfest (or for anything going on in the area). Perfect setup for two couples.

The condo couldn't be more perfectly located to enjoy your visit to Helen. We especially loved the porch and watching the folks float by on their tubes. And even though there are many restaurants to enjoy within walking distance, the kitchen was so well equipped that we grilled out and cooked dinner with our friends one night. Highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Helen.

Clean, neat condo with elevator, easy walk to downtown Helen shops & restaurants. Screen porch at riverside Chattahoochee River was our fav spot. Host was quick to communicate and very helpful. We visit Helen often. This will be the first place we check for availability when we return!

We stayed here while our kids went to summer camp for the week. It is a perfect location to enjoy everything north George has to offer. Condo is very clean and even better than what is advertised. Communication with the owner is prompt. Check in and check out was very smooth. We will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at River Life on the Chattahooche, and I was thrilled to find it still available when planning my trip to Helen. I love how conveniently close it is to downtown, and the area feels very safe. It was also reassuring to see that it’s still owned by the same people as it was four years ago. The location truly couldn’t be better, and the property is exceptionally clean. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the screened-in back porch by the river every evening after dinner. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. River Life will always be my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Helen.

Showed up for a much needed long weekend away. The rental was OUTSTANDING.... plenty of room, enjoyed screened in porch for morning coffee and afternoon drinks, cozy fireplaces, and a well stocked kitchen.Location was superb, walked to all Helen attractions.We will definitely be back.... and will bring my fly rod!!

Close enough to everything, but far enough away to be quiet.

The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you could think of, the view of the river was so beautiful. The fireplaces were awesome. The jacuzzi was so nice. All the furniture was so comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We loved it!!!!!! You can walk to everything in town. It was just perfect.

We enjoyed our vacation so much and this amazing condo was perfect for our group of 3! The location was perfect, close to everything but just outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown crowd. The host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are very much looking forward to visiting again in the summer and tubing!

This was our second year in a row at Riverlife. It’s comfortable, cozy and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. The best part for us is the location. The view is beautiful and we can easily walk to our favorite shops and restaurants. The host is very responsive and we really enjoyed the Christmas tree and decor.

The place is perfect. Great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing that went wrong is the fireplace seemed to be out of gas and wouldn’t light. We are from Florida so that would have been nice when the temps dipped under 40. But that was minor everything else is say was a10.

We met our friends here for Octoberfest and the location was great. The owners were VERY responsive with questions probably the fastest response I have ever received. Furniture was comfortable kitchen was well stocked. the screened in porch was nice to sit on and enjoy the creek. I would stay here again. Thank you for opening your home up to us

Everything was perfect. This place is updated, clean and welcoming. I cooked while there and it was laid out logically and had everything I needed. Coffee on the back deck is a must, the river rolling by along with the high chairs provided a great view of nature as we were welcoming Fall. Great Master bed and slept better than we do at home. All the little decor touches are charming and not overwhelming. High recommend if going to FestHall-it's so close!

We have stayed three years in a row at this location. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay and visit Helen GA. It is the perfect location to the fest hall and everything else. We plan on staying here a fourth year!

My family and I loved this property! It's 150 yards from the Helen Festhalle, where the Official Oktoberfest is held, and 20 yards from the river. The Festhalle is full of beer, and the river is full of fish! My wife and daughters enjoyed the short walk to everything Helen offered. Christoff’s is right around the corner, and it was a hidden jewel. The house was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The River behind the condo was full of Brown trout and was great for casting. It's the perfect place to explore everything Helen has to offer. The hosts were great and quick to reply to any messages I sent them, and they were very good and kind people. I highly recommend this property and will be going back.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful home! Nothing like coffee on the deck in the mornings, listening to the Hootch running by! The location is perfect as you do not have to drive anywhere! Literally right next door to fest house.

This place was wonderful! It is located in the heart of Helen so you can walk to everything in town. The river views from the porch were beautiful. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Property location was perfect. Within walking distance of all of Helen. We were able to park the cars and not have to deal with them until time to leave. Unit provided everything we needed. Lots of room. Master bedroom has tall bed. My 5'2 wife had to get inventive on getting in it.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was well appointed with a stocked kitchen and nice furniture. The screened deck was awesome and again good seating outside. Everything was nice and clean. Loved the open floor plan, bathrooms in both bedrooms, and the location! Use of the gas grill was great. I’d love to have 2 sets of keys to get in, as our party was split up some days, and an interior lock that doesn’t open with the door handle. We had to block the door from our toddler. The thermostat was on a bit of a wild schedule and blasted air at night, but not sure if that was from a previous renter and it was easily fixed. Loved that the air conditioning worked well! Two in our group hit their shins badly on the bed in the master bedroom, so just a heads up to be careful there. Communication was good. I had a question when I first arrived and received a quick response. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay! It was nice and relaxing and we loved hanging out on the deck watching the floaters go by on the river.

Our kids go to Winshape camp for one week every summer. Once we drop them off, my husband and I stay in Helen and relax. That way we are close by if needed. This property is so nice. It’s right by the river. We loved watching the tubers while relaxing on the screened porch. We were able to walk everywhere because this condo is close to everything. We plan on staying again next summer.
