Great location, 1520 mins walk to the center and many museums and other attractions very close. Very well appointed apartment, two air conditioners and multiple fans. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and nothing was missing.

Close enough to enjoy all the fun things we wanted to do downtown. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely come back again!I would agree with the past comment’s cautioning about the stairs and the bathtub. The apartment is on the second floor with steep steps, and the shower requires standing inside a narrow tub which is very awkward. We came during an unseasonably warm few days in February and the apartment was very warm. We couldn’t find a thermostat to turn the heat down so we had to run the AC.

Nice apartment in great location. Stairs are steep but manageable - I'm an overpacker and had a bit of an issue getting the big suitcase up there! Next time smaller luggage for sure!

Great location and room. Walking distance to food and coffee. Close to downtown. The only minor issue for us as 65 adults was the stairs were narrow, the old fashioned bathtub shower was a little tricky for us, and the weekend nights were a little loud due the the proximity to university.

Super cute and cozy! You cant beat the location, we walked to the zoo one night and Van Andel arena the next.

Property was nice and clean, check in was easy. Property owner was easy to get ahold of and super easy to work with. The only issues were with neighbors down the road blaring music all night and the unit was a little on the hot side. But all in all, would stay at their property again

Place is very clean, nicely decorated, and close to downtown GR. An updated second floor unit in an older multi family house. Host is quick to respond to inquiries. No issues with parking on the street. Neighborhood is somewhat active day and night, but reasonably quiet.

Good central location to drive to everything.

The property was very clean and cozy. Perfect for the 2 of us. The check in process was super easy and the location was great!!

My wife & I are seniors with 2 small dogs so we weren't expecting to walk up & down a narrow stairway to get to our room on the second floor especially with two dogs to take in & out. the other issue is the so call shower is a claw foot tub with shower curtains inside the tub to keep the water in. The curtain was stained & felt enclosed while using it. If we had pics of either of these issues then we would of booked elsewhere. It's hard for us to lift our leg to get inside of it. Other than that the place was clean & comfortable.

We had a very easy time getting in, the place was clean and bright. Both of us had to work for a bit and that was totally fine. When we had a question the host was super responsive and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed 5 nights. The location was great. We could walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was great, and there were other nice amenities. The living room furniture is cheaply made and very uncomfortable if you plan to use that part of the apartment. The owner uses cleaning products or sprays that are cloyingly floral and never faded in the five days we were there. It made me very unhappy but I did not get a headache from it.If the furniture was upgraded and the cleaning products changed, I would rent this place again.
