This is the second floor unit of a duplex and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with gorgeous pine floors, a queen size pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of natural light and a balcony for watching the sunset. There is private parking for 1-2 vehicles.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The accommodations were perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was clean and it was conveniently located. It was also well stocked with coffee toiletries and most things that you would need.It was a 10-minute walk to King Street but there are also several places within a few steps of the condo. Charleston is a great City and this is a great place to stay if you're in the area.

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Once we got into the correct apt. it was great. Rented apt advertised, but put into 2nd floor apt. (1st floor rented). Parking is great. I would recommend this host and property to anyone.
