The BackWater Victorian cottage bordered by fields, trees and the canal. Positioned on a 'parkland' like, private cul de sac, so no through traffic, with good parking and security. Lovely and quiet to live here and sit in the garden, dont be surprised to find ducks waddling into your garden when sitting outside. Just a 5-10 minute short stroll to the centre of this historical market town makes this spot special.
We offer this self contained, refurbished and modernised two floor apartment furnished and equipped to a high standard, with grassed garden.

The studio lounge can look out over the canal and views to fields trees and the garden. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen diner, the utility room is on this floor too with hanging and drying facility and washing machine with dryer.
There is also a shower wash room and a separate toilet.
All rooms have new smart TVs. and sturdy folding desks/tables for work, play or eating if required in your room.

For easy travel connectivity this is hard to better.
ROAD: Just 10 minutes off the A1, junctions both south and north of the town. Easy access to the midlands airports and Sheffield-Manchester-Lincoln -York and the coast.
RAIL: Not many smaller towns have direct north/south and east/west rail lines. London not much more than an hour and Edinburgh on the same line north. York, Manchester and Lincoln a joy to travel to from our Railway station which has parking and is just 2 or 3 minutes by car or a 10/15 minute walk from the apartment.
COACH/BUS: A state of the art modern terminal is in the centre of town just 5/10 minutes walk from the apartment. the bus services locally are extensive and on many of the stops all is computer connected and phone connectable.
If you wish I could arrange to collect you from any of the above terminals if this is something you would need.

    The property is a nice and tidy place with all the necessary things taken cared of. It is well managed. Redford is a small but beautiful and peaceful town and easily accessible to the near by places. The canal side walk is beautiful.
