In the center of Clichy-la-Garenne, 1500 meters from Paris 17 ème arrondissement, we offer a 3 room, renovated (in 2013) 63 square meter apartment, on the raised-up ground floor of a small, charming 1899 building. There is a private entrance via the shared courtyard.

It can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms; one large with a 2 person bed, one small with a single bed; (with additional floor mattresses should they be needed), a living/dining room which includes a couch that opens to sleep 2, a new galley kitchen, and a new, small, but comfortable shower room. The WC is separate.

The apartment has typical old-world charm, with its 3.2 meter high ceilings, elaborate moldings, and oak parquet floors, yet all plumbing, electricity, kitchen, and bathroom equipment are recent.

There is Internet, Wifi, and a 102 cm flatscreen television with 197 channels available.

Clean and fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and easy, towels and linens are provided as well.

The Métro (line 13) is a 5 minute walk, it brings you to the Champs Elysées in 10-12 minutes. Multiple bus lines are very close by; the RER and taxis are readily accessible too.
