There is no living room, but plenty of space for one person and possibly two. The price was reasonable given this. The apartment is in a great location, an easy train ride into Paris and plenty to do in Clichy itself. There are many restaurants and fast food places around. The area is somewhat noisy with sirens at night fairly often, but a lot of Paris is this way. Walls are thin, but people were not up late and there were no crying babies. Overall, I enjoyed the place and thought it worked out well. The host is very accommodating.
