Stayed Mar 29, 2025My wife and I stayed for an entire month to visit our daughter’s family who live near by. The Cozy Suite was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It is in a wonderful location close to the Beach, shopping and great hiking trails. After only a couple days stay it already felt like being at a Home away from Home.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Lovely suite, beautiful furnishings and fixtures, all the cooking tools and supplies you could possibly want. It's clear that the owner put a lot of thought and care into setting up the unit; it is much much nicer than a hotel room and less expensive too. Best for 1-2 people. We appreciated the new air conditioner in the living area but needed to use the fan in the bedroom during the (unusual for San Diego) heat wave.

Stayed Dec 21, 2023The location was great. Close to a hiking trail head and close to family we were visiting. There was plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The beach was a very short drive. I thought since it was so close to I-5 there would be road noise, but we didn't any any inside, and very little outside. I'd stay here the next time I visit San Diego.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023Really enjoyed my stay in this well appointed granny flat. Bedroom is good sized, and the bathroom is all travertine with a nice skylight. Bathroom is at the other end of the hall from living space, which provides good separation. Living room is a good size, and kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. Would stay here again.
