Beautifully updated apartment in an amazingly convenient location just blocks from Charleston’s historic district. A short walk to King St or the Ravenel Bridge, and surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants in an authentic residential neighborhood. Sit on the front porch and enjoy a cold glass of sweet tea. Exercise around the beautiful Ravenel Bridge. Live the quintessential Charleston lifestyle.

The home has been beautifully updated while maintaining the originalcharm. The bright kitchen opens to the living space with an exposed brick fireplace (non-functional.) A two bedroom apartment in a historic home with original hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub and two original brick fireplaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, some cooking tools, salt & pepper and olive oil, plus a Keurig/drip coffee maker combo.

We are available 24/7 for guest needs, although we don't currently live locally.

Our neighborhood is an eclectic blend of original residents and vacationing out-of-towners. Based in downtown Charleston's East Side, we enjoy the beauty of a multi-ethnic, up and coming atmosphere that's the true nature of Charleston living. We hope you will too!

Getting around is very easy downtown. Uber and Lyft are commonplace and easily accessible, and riding a bike or walking are also very common. We do ask that people use common sense when walking around the city at night and recommend using a rideshare service. Carta also has a free bus system, and we provide one parking space (shared driveway) per apartment.
