Quaint Ogunquit Condo 5 Min.Walk To Perkins Cove & Marginal Way

Very nice condo close to Perkins Cove and walkable to downtown Ogunquit. Gloria is a wonderful host!

Clean room, close to everything. Gloria was a wonderful hostess!

When we arrived we got into the condo and it was cute. We followed the instructions sent to us by the owner, including two call her, anytime, with any issues. We turned the tv on and it would not work. Cable was saying you had to call to activate something. So, texted the owner. No answer. Called later, no answer. Immediate voicemail. We stayed for 2 nights. Finally we got a text at 6:35am, of the morning we were leaving. Too little, too late! Got a longer text explaining why we did not hear from the owner and she was apologizing. We resolved the issue. She reimbursed us and explained the cable company needed to change equipment without notifying the owner prior to deactivating the current box. It is a small, cute place close to Perkins Cove.

The owner is the best. The location is much better than I expected. Ideal for those who like quiet place and great view.

Charming and cozy little condo. Well equiped for a short stay. 5 minutes walk to Perkins Cove / Marginal Way. Be advised that getting around in the nearby area is difficult (not sidewalk for pedestrian, high traffic by car). Overall very pleased with our stay.

The 350 sq ft was sufficient for 1 or 2 people. I was delighted with the location which was good for walking and close to places of interest. Rentals always have TVs but usually not radios. I miss not having a radio.

It was quaint and cozy as promised. Very quiet yet close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way.

We had a wonderful stay. Gloria is a fabulous and communicative host. Everything was prepared for our arrival and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the location is supreme. Parking is convenient, too. Only downside is there isn't a stove, instead an electric skillet is provided and that worked fine, just reduced what we could cook. FYI - We had some trouble initially finding the property because we put in Cape Neddick into Google instead of Ogunquit. And those same street addresses get you 15 minutes apart from each other.

Easy walk to Perkins cove, downtown and the beach as well. The recliners were nice treat to sit at night after a long day of walking.

This is a small but great base of operations for the area. Easy walk to Perkins cove. A short drive to other places of interest. Really enjoyed our stay. Doesn’t have a full kitchen but was no Problem. Nice and clean plenty of towels.

Cute apartment in a nice, quiet area with everything we needed. Great host communication. Easy check in and check out. Couldn't ask for more.

As always, the host was beyond amazing. This was our second time staying here, and we plan to stay anytime we travel back. It’s in perfect walking distance to Perkins cove, and being runners we loved the different routes we could take right out the door.

Everything was exactly the way as it was stated. It was very clean and we never had an issue with parking. The owner went way above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and were comfortable. She is amazing and the place was perfect.

Very nice place. We were well informed of everything we needed we to know. Check in was seamless, check out was just as seamless. We would look to renting from Gloria again in the future. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

This is a wonderful property that had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Ogunquit. It is very clean, well-organized and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great- 5 minute’s walk to Perkins Cove. Check-in, check-out, parking and directions were clear and easy. To make it even better, our host Gloria was incredibly generous, kind and a clear communicator. We highly recommend this listing and hope to return again.

This property was perfect for my wife and I and was absolutely as advertised by the host, Gloria. It is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable while you enjoy Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way path and Ogunquit. Gloria could not have been more helpful to us and she was instrumental in making our first visit to the Ogunquit area a memorable one. Her communication is excellent and the condo provided everything we needed as a base for our stay. We walked everywhere over our 4 day / 3 night stay and had a wonderful relaxing vacation which was just we needed. Perkins Cove (and Barnicle Billy's pictured below) is only a short walk down from the condo to the water and is a great place to sip a drink while enjoying a great view. Then, the Marginal Way is a one mile (Paved) walk along the cliffs and over the village of Ogunquit. And there's so much to do there! We will definitely go back and explore the area further and will stay at this property if we can.

Location is great for walking access to Marginal Way and Perkins Cove; it’s a longer (1 miles) but very doable walk into Ogunquit itself. Parking is tough/expensive in the general area, so just be aware of that. The room is an end unit so that’s nice for natural light, but it feels a little cluttered with all the personal items in it. The kitchen is well-appointed and the owner left some snacks, and waters in the fridge, which we appreciated. I’d recommend it if you plan to be out and about most of the time.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here - the condo was very clean and had everything you could want! An easy walk to Perkins Cove and some great restaurants - and, of course, the natural beauty of Ogunquit and the Marginal Way. Even though it rained the whole time, it was a great getaway!

The condo was cozy, warm and homey. It was well stocked and the owners communicated very well. It was a great getaway and I would definitely rent here again!!

What a quaint place to stay. It is well appointed and completely cleaned! My husband and I decided to get away for a few days and we found this place. We love it so much. We were so cozy there. Quiet location close to beaches and restaurants

I booked this condo last year as a Christmas gift to my husband for Christmas By The Sea weekend. He ended up getting pneumonia, flour days prior to the trip and wasn’t up to spending time outside in the cold, so I went solo. The condo was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The location was walking distance to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. I met up with friends who were also up for the weekend. I felt extremely safe in the condo. It was a great place to relax and get some rest after full days of festivities! Gloria, the host was absolutely incredible! She corresponded with me well in advance of my upcoming trip and was very efficient and kind. I appreciated her promptness, generosity, and flexibility! She was truly wonderful!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated comfortable condo. Gloria was so friendly and accommodating before, and during our stay. The place is only about a mile away from the beautiful boat area where there are many quaint gift shops and restaurants. We had such a wonderful time exploring Ogunquit and the neighboring towns. We had the most fabulous time and would love to return sometime. Thank you Gloria for your amazing hospitality!

This condo was perfect for our four day getaway. The host Gloria was very attentive and helpful answering questions before we came, and making sure we were all set during our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. We liked that it was in a quiet location and that parking was easy. We love walking all day on the coast of Maine and this is our favorite spot to stay!
