Great location and place! A few things that made it a four star was there was no hot water in the master bathroom, but all the other bathrooms did. We didn’t get check-in or checkout instructions and was hard to communicate, but otherwise overall was a great place for our family.

We had a very nice stay here. We enjoyed the pools and being able to walk to town. Communication with the owners was very easy, and they were very nice. Very clean, and has all the items you need. Recommend!

The location is perfect inside the Punta Mita gates, a very easy walk to the village. The host was very easy to contact. Note, no premier beach club access included.

We had a great stay, we were thrilled with the space and proximity to town. So many great restaurants walking distance from condo and the pool is a huge plus!

We love Hacienda de Mita, and this property is nice enough. A broken Nespresso machine and paneling came off a kitchen drawer - this stuff happens - no big deal.. A big surprise was not having access to the Punta Mita beach clubs. We assumed it would have access, as we are told it is a requirement, but please be aware this unit does not have club access!! Other than that it was good, Great development!
