The residence is located in ST MALO, on the edge of the Duguay Trouinquay, close to the beach (50m) and the fortified town (200m), at the heart of the activities of the seaside resort. Recent apartment (delivered in February 2014), on the first floor of a luxury residence (elevator) comprising a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower and Wc.
The accommodation overlooks the interior courtyard of the residence; it has a 12 m² terrace (opposite) and a parking space (no extra charge)
 Ideal for tourist stays (Mont St Michel, Cancale, Dinard, .....) or professionals
Maximum accommodation capacity: Two adults
Free loan of baby equipment (Cot with 10 cm bultex mattress, high chair or booster, changing mat, specific cutlery)

    Excellent location only 5 minute walk to the walled town. Laurence personally met us, showed us around the apartment & couldn’t have been more helpful. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped . The designated underground parking place is a real bonus. Would definitely recommend & book again.

    The property was absolutely ideal for us (Husband and Wife in our late 50's), close to the TGV station (15mins walk), even closer to the beach (2 mins walk) and just 10 mins walk to the old town. The property had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean, great WiFi and so quiet, as the balcony faces into an enclosed quadrangle of other similar properties with the balcony on the same level as a 1st floor level plants and trees. The property entrance faces towards a quiet Quay, with the occasional luxury yacht moored up, then turn immediate right at the next street and you are on the vast sea front with what must be 2Km of spotlessly clean sandy beach (very impressed - no litter whatsoever). We frequently walked the entire length of the promenade or just wading along the beach back again, as even at high-tide there is still plenty of sand. There are a few hotels that have bars/restaurants right on the promenade (great for a cheeky lunch time 1/2 carafe). The old town is wonderful, walking the ramparts is a must to get a really good orientation of the city, it has a Carrefour (for essentials), and the town simply comes to life at night, with street musicians etc. We never had a poor meal, but its not cheap, the Pound's slump against the Euro unfortunately made some of the restaurant menus seem quite expensive, but always great food and service. One last thing, a boat trip to Dinard was really nice, walking along the wide coastal path and seeing some more wonderful beach at Plage de l'Ecluse, with very British looking wooden changing huts which made us smile, oh and free toilets everywhere. We loved St Malo and the apartment didn't disappoint. So thank you Laurence and Thierry you made us feel very welcome, it was a pleasure to stay at your property and we simply loved St Malo.

    Me and my husband spent 5 dias at Laurence and Thierry's place. They were super nice, gave as a nice welcome. The apartment is new a location that is perfect, just across the ocean and the port and 5 min walking from the old town. We will definitively would go back to stay in their place if we visit St. Malo again in the future. Rocio
