Prestigious apartment, 20 m from the sea and Casino, Menton center

Very clean and modern. It had everytbi g we need for a weeks stay. Fully equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. The location was great! A few steps to the beach, restaurants, and casino. Danillo was waiting for us when we arrived abd gave us dining suggestions. He was great!

We had an amazing stay at Danilo's apt in Menton. We were there for a total of 14 days and it was truly amazing. The location was central to Menton, walking distance from the beach, old town, shops and cafes. Danilo was very attentive in that he always answered any and all questions promptly, and even met us for an earlier check-in than originally anticipated. The apt was fully equipped and very clean, and the perfect size for 2 people. Next time I'm in Menton, I'd definitely book this apt again. It's highly recommended!

I chose this apartment because from the description and photos it seemed it would comfortably suit our need to be in central Menton (without a car) and desire to be near the sea. And it did. But also because I read extensively in the comments and saw that Danilo M., the owner/manager, had gotten scores of rave reviews as a host. He sure lived up to his ratings. Not long after we arrived, I discovered I'd brought the wrong laptop power converter. I texted him asking for the name and address of a store where I might find the right kind, but instead he told me he'd be back at the apartment within half an hour with just what I needed. And he was. Truly gracious service. My husband and I would gladly take this bright and nicely appointed apartment again. Anne C.

Brilliant apartment with easy access to beach as well as excellent shops and cafes/restaurants. There is no need to rent a car; public transport, especially the rail network is first class. This was our third and best trip to Menton. Many thanks Danilo for being such an excellent host.

The owners met us, took us to the property and then spent a great deal of time showing us not only the apartment but the neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and stocked with more than we would ever need. The location is steps from the sea, close to great shopping and a short hike up the road to all the “happenings” in old town. Oh, and the little bakery across the street is delicious for a morning treat or lunch. Our favorite space was the balcony. We ate our meals there and watched the goings on in Menton. Definitely recommend this property. We loved it!

I don’t often give five stars across the board but this apartment was exceptional. I just can’t fault it.

Met promptly by Danilo on arrival outside the apartment even though our flight had been delayed by 2 hours. We were then shown round the apartment with a full explanation on how everything worked. Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Location was superb, right next to the beach, close to the old town and a 10 minute walk to train station. Good location, very modern. Danilo made us welcome he was very friendly and helpful . Spotlessly clean appartment . With everything you need for a comfortable stay near the seafront in Menton . Restaurants all outside the door . A great spot for a relaxed holiday .
