Apartment/ flat - MENTONLuxury Apartment

We stayed for 2 weeks with our 15 month old son. Everything was perfect -- the host, the apartment, and the town -- and we did not want to leave! Clotilde is the best. When we arrived, she helped us get oriented and made us feel right at home. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and has beautiful views. It is thoughtfully designed, with a great kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, etc), extremely comfortable bed and bedding, lots of storage for hanging clothes, floor to ceiling mirror for getting ready, bathroom with a fantastic bathtub, washing machine, etc. It's in a quiet, safe area. There is a scenic walk to the old town and beach, with steep cobblestone paths. The parking spot is right outside the front entrance, making it easy to go on car trips to neighbouring places like Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Monaco, Gorbio, Dolceaqua, St Agnes, and Peille. Menton itself is a delight with a beautiful old town and gardens, beaches, playgrounds, a lively town centre. Lots to see and do. We cannot think of anything that would have made our experience better -- everything was perfect. Thank you so much, Clotilde. The apartment was a really great place for us (2 couples). The facilities were clean and spacious. Really large outdoor terrace with great sea views. The property has easy access by train to either Italy or Monaco and Nice. The location requires residents to either be in good walking condition or have their own car to be in use. Down to the village is only about 1.6 km but a very steep route on foot down and of course the journey back steeply back. Our walking condition really rose during the holiday week.

We have had a lovely week here in this wonderful apartment. Our host, Clotilde was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our whole holiday. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our family with two children (8 and 15). It was a bonus to have two balconies and enjoy the excellent views to the coast and to Italy. Great location for exploring but f you do not rent a car, be prepared to walk up and down a steep hill for the beach and old town. No problem for an active family! The air conditioning in the main bedroom was very welcome and there are fans for the other rooms. Menton Garavan train station is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and the train service is excellent. A fantastic way to explore the Cote D’Azure and also into Italy.

We just returned from a 10 day stay in this lovey apartment. It was spacious, spotless, and most importantly had views to die for. No funny angles in the picture taking; what you see is what you get, and WOW, it is all pretty magnificent, from the sea to the gardens to the pool. Easy walk to beach, easy walk to town, so no need for a car (of course downhill is always so much easier than uphill... but a very small price to pay for such a view!) Almost as important was the hospitality of Clotilde and Michel. Clotilde was helpful, available, generous and informative with her time and answers. A true little bijou!!! We had a lovely week in Menton and had the pleasure too have this beautiful apartment. It is located near too the city center and the beach in a quite résidence on Boulevard Garavan. The apartment are well equipped, clean and has two nice balconys The owner responds very fast on email and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived

The apartment was lovely, on a very well maintained complex with a beautiful pool. Clotilde was very the perfect host: very welcoming and helpful. And Menton is a fine old town, with gardens, galleries and museums to visit, plenty of restaurants, as well as beach activities of course.

It was a warm welcome at our arrival in Les Miradors, the owner was very friendly. The apartment was really wonderfull with a nice view, very clean, for us was this a little paradise in a lovely part of Menton. Every day we enjoyed of the sea, the old town and relaxing on the balcony of the apartment. I would recomment this apartment, it is in a quiet part of Menton. The beach and the old town is very close. It was very nice to stay here, and hope we will travel next year again to les Miradors. I will certainly come back.

Wonderful position, very much cultivated, absolutely clean and very well equipped. Especially friendly receipt. For all kinds of vacation very suitable.
