Stayed Jul 3, 2025What are the best tips ever to Folly Beach? This condo is so comfortable and so close to everything. The area is great so convenient huge deck off the back of the property. There’s a bar downstairs. It’s a very chill very comfortable bar that has food. The condo is spacious. The TV is easy to operate and the beach is just three blocks away. You can’t stay at a better place!

Stayed Mar 3, 2024Property was very accommodating and we found ourselves sitting out on the balcony every morning and night to chat, eat, or play games! Everything worked amazingly and this was our second time staying here, hoping to keep up a new traditional of coming back every year!

Stayed Sep 29, 2023Great unit, great location, clean and up to date. Bed was super comfy. Favorite thing was the porch! Only suggestion would be to add a cooler and a couple of beach cups for guests that fly in. The beach chairs and cart were greatly appreciated. Will be back for sure. Forever Salty!

Stayed Aug 11, 2023Beautiful condo on the 3rd floor. Very clean and spacious for a two bedroom one bath unit. The decor was very nice as well. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of other amenities. Front patio was very spacious and well furnished. Pet friendly. Would have been nice to have central air as the entire space was cooled with a Mitsubishi wall unit and we had to keep our bedroom doors open. Also the front patio door was difficult to lock/unlock. Finally did not realize it was on the 3rd floor and it was a bit difficult to get our small children up the stairs. Overall good stay and would come back!!
