Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”

Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equippedkitchen with custom cabinets, all new appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

    What are the best tips ever to Folly Beach? This condo is so comfortable and so close to everything. The area is great so convenient huge deck off the back of the property. There’s a bar downstairs. It’s a very chill very comfortable bar that has food. The condo is spacious. The TV is easy to operate and the beach is just three blocks away. You can’t stay at a better place!

    It was not clearly stated there was no elevator. The parking was explained after booking about a week before arrival. The condo is nice. Thanks!

    Property was very accommodating and we found ourselves sitting out on the balcony every morning and night to chat, eat, or play games! Everything worked amazingly and this was our second time staying here, hoping to keep up a new traditional of coming back every year!

    We loved having the low life bar under us! We have been coming to folly for years. That place has amazing food. We loved how close it was to center street. This place is super well thought out with all the little details.

    Great unit, great location, clean and up to date. Bed was super comfy. Favorite thing was the porch! Only suggestion would be to add a cooler and a couple of beach cups for guests that fly in. The beach chairs and cart were greatly appreciated. Will be back for sure. Forever Salty!

    Beautiful condo on the 3rd floor. Very clean and spacious for a two bedroom one bath unit. The decor was very nice as well. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of other amenities. Front patio was very spacious and well furnished. Pet friendly. Would have been nice to have central air as the entire space was cooled with a Mitsubishi wall unit and we had to keep our bedroom doors open. Also the front patio door was difficult to lock/unlock. Finally did not realize it was on the 3rd floor and it was a bit difficult to get our small children up the stairs. Overall good stay and would come back!!
