Perfect Purple Palace Folly Vacation Apt A

Stay in touch with the host about check in- the day prior. I got all stress out with my mother funeral and lost touch. The night of the funeral was the first night of the booking. We could not get in. We ended up spending 250$ to stay at another hotel and the next day management at booking couldn’t give us a credit. Every thing else was excellent. The location and apartment was perfect. We highly recommend it.

Where do I start! What a great place it was clean, close to everything, live music all weekend from our back deck, food did not disappoint, low Life fried Oreos!! Must try! What I didn’t like was when we had to leave!!😒

Liked the location, the porch was great sat out every day, great for the dogs everything you would need was provided in the apartment over all great stay would return for sure.

The unit was so nice! The location was great and there was a lot of attention to detail- a cart for the beach chairs, noise machines, extra towels, great decor. The unit was very clean and the rooms were the perfect size and had lots of storage. We had a great stay!

Very relaxing and only a 3 minute walk to the beach!!! Property came fully stocked with everything anyone would need! Definitely going to stay again

The Purple Palace was in a perfect location just off Center St and upstairs from a great bar with tiki vibes and delicious cocktails. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with almost everything we needed -- a beach cart and chairs, towels, kitchen pots and pans, detergents, etc. The large balcony was great for lounging over morning coffee and dinner alfresco. Finalizing the reservation and checking in and out were easy, and we had a fun and worry-free stay. Everything was comfortable, and just what we needed. We were very happy we decided to stay here, and would love to come back soon! A couple small tips for future travelers: to keep the kitchen spotless when guests arrive, the management company doesn't leave things like aluminum foil, bags, or pantry cooking staples like salt and pepper in the cabinets. So don't forget to bring anything you'd need. Also, the shampoo and body wash were quite low quality, so I would suggest bringing your own. But these were easy to work around and didn't detract from a perfect vacation thanks to the Purple Palace!

I throughly enjoyed staying here for a few days. It was so close to the resturaunts and bars and only a few blocks from the beach. I loved the pricate balcony in the evenings. Definitely would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Although the apartment is above a bar, the noise wasn’t loud. Apartment was maintained and clean. The beach chairs were a plus (might suggest a beach umbrella, but that is just a thought). We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a 2 night stay in this cute apartment there were 4 of us everything needed was provided and the description was spot on. Everything was so close within walking distance and the beach chairs were very helpful although we thought it was going to be a pull along cart more like a stroller. The parking permit wasn't on the counter when we arrived I called the office didn't seem like the same office staff I'd talked to before seemed like a call center? Nobody contacted me so I just left a note on my dashboard and prayed that I wasn't towed. Very enjoyable stay would definitely rent again

Apt was over Bar so noise so loud no sleep until bar closes. Bar had a live band . Place looked very clean but had cockroaches really bad . Apt for party young people . Not for visiting the area and want any peace and quiet

This place was awesome! Looks just like the pictures online, very clean and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Folly Beach.
