Evidently the back porch and surrounding area Is under construction. My husband and his friend went out to smoke, the piece of wood nailed up came loose, causing him to fall several feet nreaking 5 of his ribs and damaging his L3. Currently in the hospital. I’ll be in touch

This location was a perfect place to rest a cross-country road trip. It was easy to find, centrally located, quiet, and with excellent parking. It had all the an accommodations we could need. The bathroom amazing. Appliances were fantastic. The entire place was smartly decorated and comfortable.

Its not the property owners fault, its vrbos. I set the filters to find a vacation home for the weekend. Was disappointed when i arrived at a property that was listed under houses but turned out to be a home turned into 4 appartment units. Taking my partner for a private romantic weekend that ended up being fine, but thin walls and hard floors made it difficult to not hear the family above us. The actual place was fine, though the furniture in the living room is worn, and the metal frames in the beds weren’t great.

Overall our stay was good there. They were having trouble with the hot water. It cut off three times but they got it fixed pretty quickly. The beds are advertised as queen size but unfortunately that is incorrect. The beds are full size, both of them. So they either need to correct the advertised size or replace them with queen size.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. There were a few issues. I talked to the host about these things and he said he was going to check on them. We enjoyed our stay. It was a good location from the city. The place was bigger than I expected. Neil was great responding quickly. Definitely would recommend to family & friends!

Photos do not show current decor. 1)Bedroom and closet doors are heavy BARN DOORS! - Big, dark brown, wood and metal --- UGLY and clunky to move. The bedrooms are very cramped with no place to put your luggage. Cosets are crammed with extra linens. 2)Kitchen seating is cramped and uncomfortabe. 3)Living Room furniture is older than the photos show with pealing “pleather”. Also, over-sized for really small room. 4)Bathroom is larger than Living Room.

Good overall stay. Nothing amazing or bad. Nothing unique or terrible.

We came to Roanoke to visit family and take the train to the Army Navy Game. The rental was in a great location. We were able to wo the AMTRAK station. Onsite parking was a major plus.

We loved the layout and comfort of this luxurious apartment. The porch was a bonus. Easy parking and walkable neighborhood. We had a great stay and will return!

Neils place was charming with beautiful kitchen and bathroom, he has 50 screen TVs in both bedrooms and living rooms Their is a custom coffee maker on the counter. A Nest thermostat control for convenience of the apartments comfort.

Wonderful stay. Nicely updated. Love the large shower and unlimited hot water!. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Property was great and Neil was very easy to communicate with and made the entire stay from check in to check out easy and seamless!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very neat and clean. The property owner went the extra mile to ensure we had a great place to stay. Very updated with everything you need. Would differently stay there again. Can't go wrong with this rental.
