Penthouse 3 bed/3 bath Velento #5 Partial Ocean Views w/Pool, Private Dock

This unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bedrooms all had their own bathroom and were lovely. Beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We would recommend this property......

Lovely unit; staff was very helpful, especially Ralph on the front desk; only concerns was that the water pressure and temperature was very low; shower was tepid with little flow

Awesome little villa on the beach with access to a private ocean dock.

The friendly staff was very helpful in dining options. We rented a golf cart during our stay and went all over both North and South Island. The balcony was spacious and was our go to everyday. Very neat and clean. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this property. The owner and staff were fantastic with information provided through this whole trip. The property was beautiful, clean and so well maintained. This was my second trip to Caye Caulker and it was just as perfect and relaxing as the first. This was just an amazing vacation for me, my fiancé and our 4 children. If we ever get a chance to return, we will definitely stay in the Velento rentals. They are perfection with a view.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Made the stay more enjoyable. The grounds are well taking care of as are the units. This is our second time staying at Velento. It will not be our last. This was our fifth trip to Caye Caulker and Velento is our stay of choice.

We stayed here for a week with our family of 4. It was the perfect location and we were able to pretty much walk everywhere. We rented bikes and took them around the island, borrowed the kayaks for a fun adventure, did an half day snorkeling tour, and just relaxed every day. The property is well maintained, it had all the kitchen amenities and appliances we needed, and the space was perfect for our family. The pool was nice, the hammock was great, but the pier with the lounge chairs was amazing! Every day we had ocean breezes. The front desk employees were kind and helpful, and Abnar was the best “taxi” driver when we needed a ride from/to the airport. I would highly recommend this location!

This property was gorgeous, well maintained, friendliest staff & great for family or adults to enjoy! Our family loved swimming in the pool & snorkeling off the back dock. We definitely plan to come back to Caye Caulker in the future & would love to stay at this rental!

The condo was very nice, clean, well kept, and equipped. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We had a good vacation and would stay at Velento again.

The home was clean and very attractive. We appreciated the information the office was able to give us along the way. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. From the pictures we had thought we would be water front.

We were met at the ferry terminal by Abner and Margarito who shuttled us to the lodging via golf cart. We arrived a bit early and were able to check in. The space was perfect for our group of 6. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and our check in process with Beyonce was great! The lodging and property were very clean and the beds super comfy. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the bikes and kayaks that was a nice addition. We'll definitely book with Valento again.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 7. The staff were all so helpful and happy. The grounds were well maintained and the pier, paddle boards and corn hole boards were enjoyed by our entire family.

The location of the rental is in a quiet area on Caye Caulker. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Property is well kept and clean. Loved the dock. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, the kitchen & bathrooms are well equipped. To my surprise, guests must climb up 3 significant flights of stairs to enter the unit. To get to the pool, one must also climb a number of stairs. We were traveling with my parents who are both in their 80’s - they have extreme difficulty with stairs as their mobility is limited. Maybe I missed this when making our reservation, but, I would suggest adding the information about the 3 flights of stairs to the description of the unit. It was VERY challenging for my parents to maneuver up and down these stairs on a daily basis. We tried to move to another unit that suited our specific needs, but none were available at the time we were in Caye Caulker. Please take into consideration when booking that this rental is definitely not for those with physical limitations or wheelchair accessible.

Excellent location and great accommodations for our group of 6 adults. Staff was helpful and property was pristine.
