Parlour Suite is a luxury suite on a stunning 18 acre property. This property was previously reserved only for private events, and is new to overnight accommodations. Even many locals have never seen New Park as it's surrounded by a very tall privacy fence. Now, you can stay here in this fabled spot (ask the locals and they'll tell you stories).

Parlour Suite is an extraordinary room with two queen-sized beds and a luxury bathroom. The room has a smart TV with an app that has accessto cable. Cobblestone archways and stained glass line this room to make it feel like a piece of art in and of itself. An antique phone booth is built into the corner for that vintage, Insta moment. The room has direct access to two private outdoor spaces - a front porch and a covered back deck. Upon entering the bathroom through the exquisite cottage style wood door, you'll see more mosaics, stained glass, and cobblestone. Even our toilet is luxurious with its bidet toilet seat.

This suite has a 5pm check-in and 12pm check-out. If these times do not suit you, we suggest looking at our other suites, which have a 3pm check-in and 11am check-out.

Parlour Suite is the middle suite in a trio of suites that each have private access, but also have adjoining doors if you have a larger party (up to 10 people).

Please note that there are shared walls on either side of this suite so some noise is possible (we've added soundproofing to reduce it). For this reason, dogs are not allowed in this suite. However, we have other suites where dogs are allowed - Finger Lakes Cottage allows dogs at all times, and Upper and Lower Bunk allow dogs, but they can't stay in the suite when you're not there.

New Park is 18 acres of rolling lawns, garden features, and forest for hiking. Common spaces include a communal fire pit and venue spaces that are used for a variety of things and that can also be reserved for private events. New Park is located in the Finger Lakes region, about 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls.

Do you have a large group Balloon Suite adjoins to another two suites - all suites have private access, but also have adjoining doors if you have a larger party.

-Book both Parlour and adjoining Balloon and sleep 8-10!

-Book Balloon, Parlour, and Park, and sleep 10-12!

-Book all of New Park and sleep 20-22!

A note on cleaning fees:

* We charge a cleaning fee. This fee offsets our costs for turning over the suite in between stays. We do not enter the suites once you have checked in (unless there is an emergency or you ask us to).
* Charging this fee allows us to be flexible in stay length. Having a one-time fee incentivizes longer stays, and makes a one-night stay worth the extra effort!
* We are CHORE-FREE! No chore list upon checkout. You do not have to vacuum, do laundry, take out the trash, or strip the beds. We provide light cleaning materials in case there's a spill.

About New Park:

New Park is a one-of-a-kind 18 acre property just north of Ithaca in the Finger Lakes Region. It is 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls and Trumansburg. It was originally a roadside motel, but in the 90s, every room was transformed into a work of art. Stained glass, handcrafted stonework, and incredible woodwork laces every single room.

Features of New Park:

-There is one room called the Wish Room which has a wood burning fireplace in the middle of the room, as well as a piano, guitars, record player, gas grill, cable TV and wifi.

-Romantic gardens, rolling lawns, and a forest for hiking (as long as it isn't hunting season).

-There are two communal fire pits - one in the center of the property and another off to the side. The entire property is surrounded by a very tall privacy fence that once protected the privacy of a celebrity (ask the staff or the locals and they'll tell you more!). New Park also has an event space and a picnic area by a creek that is so beautiful that people get married there almost every weekend of summer.

New Park also has a total of 7 suites and can sleep up to 22 people across them, so bring some family and friends with you! Each cottage is listed separately, and we also have a listing for our Triple Suite.

Note: This property has a venue on site and does occasionally host events. All suites have designated parking and the events must be finished before quiet hours which are 11pm-9am. The gardens, trails, firepits and lounge are all open to share with other guests on site.
