Easily accessible via the motorway exit Altare 3 km from the house, it is ideal for family holidays and for those who love peace and quiet surrounded by greenery while remaining close to the sea.
Finely furnished, renovated in 2018, composed of entrance, hall, kitchen with living room, 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms with en suite shower.
It is located on the first floor of a farmhouse.
