Ample apartment set in an old stone farmhouse in the Savona countryside, between pine trees and the forest yet close to the sea.
This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor on the northern side. It has views over the pool, the hills, the sea and the carpark.
It is made up of an entrance hallway, a large double bedroom with a bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom, a large lounge, a fully fitted kitchen with eating area and a view over the pool andgarden.
What makes Palazzo K special
If you are looking to visit Liguria and its beautiful coastline with pretty villages and beautiful beaches as well as its internal nature this could be your base. The property is only 2km from the motorway exit of Altare and it takes around 15 min to hit the beach. The farmhouse dates back to the 16th century with its original chapel fully restored offering guests 5 apartments for families and 2 B&B rooms.
You can enjoy the large garden with 18m pool, private sun loungers with outside eating area, a relaxing area near the woods for reading or a nice prosecco from our wine cellar. The property also has a restaurant open at weekends offering fish and meat dishes as well as a large wine list to choose a bottle to share.
There is a large friendly dog, a cat and some farm animals like a goat, a sheep, chickens, a turtle and ducks to enjoy. On the south side there is a large area with sofas to relax and a BBQ area for your use and a small wood with a children's play park.
We take great pride in making sure our guests are looked after as we live on site and any special wishes are granted when possible!
This is the perfect base to explore the surroundings yet relax amongst nature @palazzok.
