Quiet, private and great location.

We had a wonderful stay here from beginning to end. Communication was good and check in was easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were many. The beautiful backyard garden was the icing on the cake. As for the neighborhood, there was street parking right out front and good restaurants and nice shops close by and at the same time, the room was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Springer!

Absolutely awesome place! I would not stay anywhere else in The City. Great location. Be careful with parking. Street sweeping starts very early. We got a 105 ticket not paying careful attention to the signs.

Great non-hotel spot for a family wedding weekend. We didn't want a generic hotel room or to stay with family (too nuts), so this was delightful. We had room #3, which is off the library, so feels like an extension of your space. Large bathroom. Ample storage. 3 safety checkpoints to get into your room so no concerns there. Private garden space lovely. Nice neighborhood. Barista restaurant a block up for breakfast & a convenience store around the block for snackies & water. Wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood but it was clean, felt safe. Also 2 nail shops across the street in case you need a quick mani or pedi, plus a doggy day care if you need that as well.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Location is perfect; neighborhood is safe; parking is easy. Best of all are the accommodations, absolutely great! We will be back!

This room was just beautiful and I loved the garden patio and the sitting room just inside facing the garden. Bathroom is HUGE and beautiful. I really loved being there and I wish I could come back to stay there very soon. Host is very responsive to questions and happy to provide information about the space. This location was very beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to SF. I miss being there already!

This is a beautiful property on a quiet street with tons of great shops within a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice suite with a large bathroom. We drank coffee and wine everyday in the private courtyard. We enjoyed walking down to the shops on California. Would stay again.

Springer was wonderful. Her house is magnificent. Our room was spectacular and our hidden garden was the cream of the entire experience. Highly recommend for a San Francisco vacation. We will be back! And Higgins, her bird, stole the show many mornings!

garden suite was beautiful and quiet except for upstairs room's footstep noise and an early Sunday morning repairman loud noise.

My wife and I were totally charmed by Victorian Garden bed and bath suite.

Challenged by stairs and no elevator. Very quiet. TV did not work. Multiple locks and codes to maneuver. Nice proprietor. We are ageing rapidly so don’t know how much longer we could manage that vrbo.

Great neighborhood. Could walk to some places for groceries, coffee and a Walgreens. A great cake/cupcake place too. The rental was cozy with a great bathroom and relaxing space outside.

We had a quick two day stop in San Francisco after spending a week in Napa. This space is just what we needed to relax, rest up and recharge. Beautiful Victorian home, beautiful space and a private patio. The shared library was an amazing space to sit and rest and felt very private.

This property is an experience all on its own. Conveniently located, quiet, an elegant library & well loved semi-private garden with a clean, classy bedroom that has a private bath.Marvelous

We had a great time at this property. Although the weather didn’t allow us to use the patio, it was beautiful to look at from the sitting room. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter from the east coast.

The property is perfectly located on a quiet street in San Francisco. Very near to public transport, which we used the entire time we were there. Our host was very accommodating and gracious. The property itself is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor garden with a glass of wine each evening prior to finding a great place for dinner. Dynasty Dumplings, b patisserie and Scoba Devino on California are must sees!

Nice room, very clean and great location. Problem: you need a cell phone number from the USA to log in. For us from Berlin this was not good, because we were only there at 5 pm and could not contact anyone. Good thing was: the neighbor helped us. An angel? Thanks also Springer

I was drawn to the listing because of the beautiful garden and it was even prettier in person! The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is huge and overall the space was just right for the two of us. The neighborhood is fantastic - we loved exploring and trying out the local restaurants. Springer was a wonderful host. I can see why she consistently gets very high ratings. We cannot wait to return and stay in the beautiful garden room again.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at this adorable Inn. Springer has impeccable taste and has created a beautiful space with quiet areas, intimate corners and peaceful ambiance. We had the Garden patio room and it did not disappoint!! A slice of heaven in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!!

Tucked behind a locked gate and lovely courtyard. Really enjoyed this suite. Very clean and comfortable. Was so nice having a big bathroom with dressing area, large wall closet and tall storage cabinet. Sitting in the garden was delightful! Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Will be back!
