Stayed Sep 9, 2024Great property for enjoying the sea and visiting with family/friends. Terrace over the water connects nicely with kitchen for great entertaining. Rooms clean and comfortable as were bathrooms. Only regret might be the lack of AC in two of four bedrooms. There is a hallway AC that gives some cool air. Was not a problem for us as weather was pleasant but could be uncomfortable. Unit was clean but complex could use some tidying up as well. Overall great place.

Stayed May 1, 2024Perfect location very close to Ortyga. Very nice apartment on top floor with a great view. All worked well except one of the bathroom which had shower drainage issue. The Wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms. Park at the Gelone parking close by €20 per day.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023The location was ideal for seeing Syracuse and Ortigia. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The roof patio is wonderful. The Air Conditioning really saved the day while we were there. Overall it is a fantastic place. Unfortunately the shower and toilet in one bathroom were not usable. We contacted the owners and they were not able to get them fixed while we were there, and did not follow up with us. When we returned home we tried to contact them a couple of times but there was no answer, even after several days. If it's in good repair, this is a nice place. If not, still a nice place, but less so.

Stayed Aug 11, 2018The apartment lived up to our expectations. Walking distance to the old city, great view over the bay from the roof terrace. Close to shops, marina, restaurants and coffee bars.
